The Astro Tools 78319 Nano Impact Socket Set has quickly become one of my favorite tool purchases. Amazing quality, all sizes fit properly, rail is beautiful anodized aluminum and extremely sturdy. The sizes are clearly labeled twice, one silk screen size and one engraved... Already filled in the engraved section just for easier viewability. Best bang for your buck on a non skip size... beautiful broaching and the size of the hex at the base fits a 17mm ratcheting wrench for those impossible to reach spots with a regular ratchet. All in all, one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon to date.

Love the astro nano line. Working full time as an automotive technician these are a great tool to have in your box. Low profile for tight spaces and the pass through design of the sockets is great for removing nuts from studs without a deep socket or wrench. The swivel on the rachet are also very nice allowing even more maneuverability. The rachet itself has a great action and is smooth. Could be finer, but that sacrifices strength and these have held up to some serious torque. The sockets also have a standard drive socket on them as well and can be used with a standard rachet or on an extension which I have found extremely useful on multiple occasions due to the slim profile. Highly recommend!

I've used these for the last 7 months or so in a shop setting and I haven't broke one yet, they are good for tight spots but best if used with a 17mm ratcheting wrench of course. Worth the purchase forsure, I pick these up first when I need sockets for anything at work.

Very solid and very low profile sockets. Has laser etched sizing and logo as well as stamped sizing in very, very small stamping but very legible too once you find it. Also comes with very nice aluminum socket rail that holds the sockets great and releases them without fighting them off the rail. Rail is very smooth and you can move the sockets side to side with little, if any effort at all. Astro Pneumatic makes good tools for the price.

When paired with the Astro 783105 wrench these sockets are extremely easy to use in tight spots. Very good value, most of these sets from other tool truck brands would be hundreds of dollars. I’ve used these with impacts and electric ratchets and there have proven to be durable. Really good choice if you need to loosen a nut while holding the stud or if you just need a very low profile socket setup for a tight space.

The 17mm wrench fitting is invaluable and makes these worthwhile. I guess they had to decide whether durability was more of a concern than low profile, and went with durability. Most of these are no shorter than my standard sockets - the larger ones are for sure though. They could have shaved on another 2-3mm and still had enough to grab a bolt IMO - but IDK if you'd want to use them as impact sockets if that were the case. The way they are is well made, fine for impact, 17mm wrench fitting means you will be able to get them into spots you won't get a socket and wrench. But if you are looking for a super-stubby socket as a specialty tool, not sure this is for you.
