Great for what i need it for!

Seems to be good bang for your buck; just got them in tonight and. have been using for the past hour. Honestly I'm surprised at how comfortable they are and at the sound as well. They are not fully noise-cancelling (to be expected) but the quality of the sound is great. I haven't used the mic feature yet and am having some trouble getting the input to work for it, so I may put this down to 4 stars if that persists. I got these since I work from home and it won't be a huge deal if that feature ends up not being compatible with my desktop Mac, but definitely a little irritating atm. Overall I like what I paid for. EDIT: It took a lot of tinkering with plugging in and out and twisting in the ports to get my input mic to work. But it works and the quality of my recordings and calls are great! It is a little quiet, so I had to turn my dials all the way up but sounds great now. ... show more

You get what you're paying for

I needed a headset with a mic to play my Xbox with my brother. I haven't had a headset + mic n a very long time since I'm rocking a Shure microphone and Sennheiser headphones for my pc setup. I wasn't sure where to start since so many new headsets have come out in the past few years (and razer's quality has drastically gone downhill). My friend recommended these to me and they do not disappoint. Obviously the music quality isn't as good, but the bass lows and sfx in video games sound great. The microphone itself is good quality and the headset is comfortable to wear for long sessions. The headset does not feel low quality or like cheap plastic. Awful microphone

I purchased this headset because I owned the original version of the A10 for over 7 years and though it was time for an upgrade. If you are looking at this headset for this reason, DO NOT purchase it. Just stick with the old one. I returned this and bought the original version because it is so much better. When I first received the headset it was in fine condition. The headphones are extremely small but it worked okay for me because I have small ears, but they were still pretty uncomfortable to wear for longer periods of time, which is not ideal considering these are gaming headphones. Within roughly 4 days the microphone became rather loose. It would only go all the way up into the muted position, or it would fall all the way down and it was no longer adjustable. From the moment I got it the microphone did not pick up all of my audio and cut out extremely often even when my audio input sensitivity was turned all the way up. Within 2 weeks, the microphone had come almost completely detached with light usage (maybe 4 times a week for 3 to 4 hours at a time). I would NOT recommend buying this headset given the quality of the microphone, audio, and fit of the headphones. The only positive thing I have to say about this headset is that it comes with a shorter cord, and I enjoy the array of colors. ... show more

Way better than my Razer Kraken

I have owned Razer, Turtle beach and Astro A10 first gen, and I have to say these are the best out of all my headsets. Comfortable, noise dampening, and good sound quality. Bass is a bit strong, but otherwise a really nice and cost effective headset. Make sure both jacks are plugged in snugly to ensure audio comes out both ears. Lasted me not too long

These headphones were my favorite to use with my pc, sadly I tripped on the wire and now they are unusable because it messed up the inside. The sound quality was great, always could have been louder for me though personally. They were comfortable especially for someone with a smaller head.

I am regret to say that the Astro 10 headphones have been a disappointing experience due to their lack of comfort. Initially, they seemed like a good purchase with their sleek design and promising sound quality. However, after using them for extended periods, I found that they are incredibly uncomfortable to wear. The ear pads are too firm and do not provide adequate cushioning, which results in significant discomfort. The most concerning issue is the pain that sets in after prolonged use. After wearing these headphones for more than an hour, I started to experience ear discomfort. This has become a consistent problem, to the point where I cannot use them for long listening sessions without feeling a lingering pain that can last for hours afterward.
