Took the knives out and they caution you how sharp the knives are etc..Ok Whatever..I was very careful in removing the knives from the sleeves and the rubber tip at the end of each knife...To my surprise i poked myself twice and drew blood...I was shocked and elated how sharp they were..This was on 2 different knifes.. I couldn't wait to try the knives on a steak and pork chop..DID NOT disappoint..They cut both cuts of meat better than any knife ive ever had, i kid you not.. I now have my old set up for sale. I would have paid double for this set..Outstanding value!.

These are crazyyyyy sharp in the most amazing way possible. Ofcourse that warrants more caution for users when cooking but if you love being in the kitchen, these will make the difference especially for the PRICE! I recommend and would repurchase in the future if needed.
