I knew it wouldn't look like the photo, but I also didn't think it would be so "bald". It had 3 big leaves and 2 small ones. 1 opened, but the other hasn't. I've had it for a while, almost a month, and still haven't seen any progress. I didn't give it a low rating just because I know growing a baby plant is more difficult than mature ones for beginners, since older plants can tolerate rookie mistakes. This plant is TINY. It arrived in mediocre shape, and although I planted it in great soil, roomy container, with excellent watering and low light conditions, it died very quickly. I should have asked Amazon for my money back, but this fell off my radar for too long. I would recommend special ordering this from a real nursery instead of using this source. ... show more

Seller packaged 2 of these nicely. Pulled them out of the paper and plastic wrapping, gave them a drink, and put them out on the porch to wait for planting. They do not look like they just went through the mail at all, super happy about all that. Thank you.
