For my every day meals they are good, durable i think but ye to see, the thing i liked most is that they are heat resistant even for my electric stove, i had problems with oth brands of pots and pans because theyll burn in the stove pretty quickly even in low heat, easy to wash even with cold water if you use a lotnof oil or fatty meals. One thing that surprise me was that they come to assemble, evethought easy to do it if you have the right screwer , i had never saw that, always boughtnthe ones that come ready. Love the look & cooking aspects of this set - but there is only one handle! This renders either the skillet or the saucepan almost useless!

    • I’m no chef, but these are REALLY nice!
Let me start by saying on a scale of 1 to 10, I would be about it too in terms of my cooking abilities. I rarely cook and when I do, it’s usually because I am out of town at our summer cottage and it’s too remote to find a restaurant. Like many people, we take our hand me downs from home when we replace them with new better stuff to our cottage. Well, our cook sat at the cottage had loose handles, burnt bottoms, and we’re just playing garbage. Even being somebody who rarely ever cooks, I could say that with certainty. This seemed like a decent basic set that contained everything I would need for my limited, cooking ability. I generally stick to pasta and soup because there’s not much else I am able to do. I’ve use this set a few times as I was at the cottage over the weekend by myself. My wife would be a better judge as to the true quality of the set, but since she has not used it yet, I will do my best. After several uses with making both spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, and soup, and these, I can say that I am absolutely happy with them. They look great. I like the vented lid for making the pasta sauce. All the condensation and water doesn’t drip off the lid and dilute your sauce and make it runny. I didn’t burn anything in them, which is a big step for me, nothing stuck to them, and the cleanup was super easy. To me they seem like a great price for the quality of what you get. They seemed to heat up quickly, and the lids were a good fit. On our old set, I felt like the lids Slid around and could come off easily. I was always worried. I was going to break one. If your cooking skills are very basic and elementary like mine, this will be a great set for you. I could also see these being a great gift or starter set for somebody who is just moving out on their own for the first time and needing the basics to get going. I certainly see us getting many years of use out of these as they seem to be very well-built in my opinion. ... show more
