The motor feels strong enough (the 350W is fine for daily rides, and the 1000W version definitely has more punch). I usually stick around the mid-20s for speed, and the range has been enough for errands or a round trip to work without stressing. The dual suspension helps a lot on rougher patches, and it still folds up easily when I need to stash it. I literally did not get the bike that is pictured. The bike I got came with no instructions on how to assemble. I watched multiple videos on how to assemble with the brand name and K10 as the model as pictured and the bikes did not look the same and the videos only showed how to put on the wheel and handle bar, that's it. The tools were used, scratches all over the bike. A piece of the bike was not glued down, and there was a bell in the box that fits nowhere. Also there was a bolt /screw missing. I checked the reviews before I ordered and even watched videos, now when I check the reviews, the videos are gone and some reviews. That is weird. I will not buy this brand again. ... show more

The paint job is falling off. The wires weren't connected properly. Im having a hard time returning they wont pay for returning. This is extremely disappointing. Hasn't been ridden. Shipping is stuck on you if sellers don't have a working product.

On one side of my scooter battery case I see power cord port and power button. On the other side I have 2large open holes in the metal battery case s. Big concerns of water and debris getting inside. Which can cause damage to batteries and what else electrical,,I took a photo you can see those very large holes, on opposite side is changing port and power button ... show more

This is my first experience with a electric scooter.To start their are no actual instructions for installation it’s kinda vague so I searched on YouTube how to put the front tire on because I had took the little bolts off and wasn’t sure on the arrangement.Sometimes it’ll cut off over bumps or just randomly but hey it’s $300 what do you expect LOL.I have gotten my moneys worth out of it already as I commute on this 4x a week to the gym or grocery store which saves a lot of money since Ubers are about $15 one way.Its also great for getting to the bus stop if one isn’t super close to you as walking would take me 1 hr but my scooter only takes about 10 mins and you put it on the bicycle rack that’s infront of the bus.For range I only drive it using sport mode (S) and it goes 25 mph and about 30-34 down hills which is super fun.I can get to the gym which is 5.6 miles each way and it does die right before I get into my apartment complex once again in sport mode.I would pair this with a bike lock + portable charger so when you are running your errands you can charge it a bit if you’re going far.I store my bike lock under my seat and lock it so it’s not in the way.The portable charger I use if you search on Amazon: M82 88WH 80W it’s a black and green box.So along with the scooter you want to purchase a bike lock, portable charger, helmet,winter gloves/heated gloves, baclava for face protection in winter, and a backpack to store items. ... show more
