Bought 2 of these from Pika Online for Christmas. One worked fine. The other one from the time it was unboxed didn't work. Lights worked display worked the motor made a weird noise and it wouldn't go. We charged it, checked to make sure wires etc were good. It still would not work. We boxed it back up and processed a return request. Pika sent a postage required return label. The cheapest postage was over half of what we paid for the scooter. I contacted the company because I have never had to pay return postage for a product that NEVER worked from the start! They tried to get me to trouble shoot and send them videos. I explained what the issue was and that the scooter was already boxed up. They said all returns get destroyed so it would be a significant lose for THEM for me to return the scooter and for them to have to pay the postage. WTH??!!! what about the significant lose to your customer?? The fact that I am one Christmas gift short, I paid over $300 for the scooter and now you want me to pay over half of that to return it?? WARNING THIS IS A SORRY COMPANY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

This is my 3rd model of scooter i have ridden. Hands down by far this baby is a GEM!! Everything and i mean EVERYTHING, was well placed and very well thought out. The scooter is brilliantly folder and tucked in a customised box. Upon unboxing i only had to remove one screw to mount the headlight and slide the seat post into the holder and verified the battery was fully charged. After about a 20 minute charge i was ready to hit the road. The ride was so smooth and yet handled the bumps like I was floating!!! I would definitely recommend everyone to at least ride one if you don’t trust my words. I don’t know anyone at this company and I speak from my own experience!!!! To the company continue your quest for greatness!!!!

This was a gift for my boyfriend. He’s always wanted one for a really long time. He absolutely loved this. He’s a big guy 6’3” to be exact and this was the perfect size and weight for him. He loves the lights and the little horn it has. He loves the turning signal features as well. This thing takes off pretty quickly so it takes some time getting used to. It’s a lot fun though.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. She had a ball with it for a day and a half before it quit operating. Shows an error message 6 but no explanation for what that is. The manual that came with it is next to useless. It was such a cool looking machine but very unreliable. Very disappointed. After further research, discovered it has a one star rating 30% of the time. I am having difficulty return this item now. Appears I'll have to pay for return shipping. Please steer clear of this product and its vendor. I have an update. Seller contacted me and pointed out the expense and hassle of "the cumbersome process" to pack and pay to return the scooter saying "Keeping the product will eliminate all these inconveniences, saving you a great deal of time and unnecessary expense." I printed this off to keep a hard copy since I found it so insulting.

I love this scooter it’s a great product. The only thing is you’re not going to get 40 miles on sports mode. Maybe eco. I haven’t tried in on drive yet. Besides that I love the ride on it. I have to say this is a nice to have very useful.

scooter is great very well built. only problem was in shipping . Box was damaged and re taped Battery charger did not come in box . after contacting shipper They are receding charger direct . Hope it arrives before Christmas, it is a gift for grandson.
