With the back tire off the ground and no load, the bike would get up to 32MPH. Again, not close to 40MPH like advertised. The bike’s torque is not great either. It struggles to climb even small hills. The bike arrived damaged. While that was not the sellers fault, the seller did not replace anything. I had to make an A-Z claim through Amazon. I’ll give it 4 stars because of two reasons the peddles are to low to the ground derailer is also to low that changes the back gears I hit bumps and off roading with it hit the ground all the time throttle it has the power to go and it’s really fun off roading with only throttle not peddling may need bigger tiers to fix this problem I test the range on throttle only got me 45 miles also goes 40 mph like it says other than these two problems I think it’s a good electric dirt bike. It does also have a lot of torque. But being a electric peddle bike it’s a not very good fix these issues u have a lot better e-bike with peddles I put mirrors on it ... show more

Unfortunately, I am returning this e-bike. It looked nice upon opening and not having any experience with dirt bikes I was hopeful. Unfortunately, after putting it together and going through the instructions we noticed issues: 1. The bike makes a rattling noise (sounds like something with the motor). We thought it mike be the brakes but after adjusting the tightness it continued. 2. The bikes pedals are too low to the ground and couldn't be adjusted. So every slight turn the pedals scraped the ground. 3. The display doesnt stay stable at the top of the handle bars. 4. The bike doesnt get anywhere close to 40mph. ... show more

Terrible product, terrible company. The product arrived broken and not working. I contacted the company to request a return, and they provided a return address. I paid $200 for shipping and sent it back. UPS was unable to deliver it because the address was incorrect. The bike is great and my son loves it! Of course though my son wrecked it and the wire for the control screen was cut. I’ve been trying to contact customer service to see about ordering a new screen. Their website is terrible and there is not a phone number. I emailed them 3 days ago and have yet to hear back. If anyone knows a better way to get ahold of them it would be great. He got to ride if for a total of 6 hours. Now its a $850 garage decoration if i cant get a new screen. ... show more
