Nightmare on Assembly Street
So far, a very low rating because the assembly is quite difficult, 3 days off and on and we're still not sure it's correct. The instructions are VERY inadequate, the video is worthless. No helpful YouTube. It's been 3 days now, trying to figure it out. Re: customer service, I contacted letting them know we were having issues needing better instruction. I was asked to send a video of the problem. I tried to do that they rejected the video. It was under a minute in length, idk how you show a problem in less time... It’s good enough
Works very well, but was very complicated to build, because the manual was horrible and the light keeps falling to the side.

Pretty good
Ebony and charcoal are the exact same color. Bought two and in 6 miles each riding we each had a flat tire. We were only riding on asphalt so I assume the tires and tubes are very poor quality. Other than that they seem to work well. Great acceleration and we've gotten them up to 25 mph. Buying some slime to hopefully manage the flat tires as I don't really want to replace brand new tires and tubes. ... show more

Initial impression, astonishing. Best money I've ever spent?
Have had it less than 2 weeks but the experience so far has just been jaw-dropping. $300 for a bicycle of this quality let alone electric? Tremendous Pride evident in the design, the execution, the packaging. I needed this to get to and from work including climbing a thousand feet, about a 5% grade max. It does that at a yawn. Excellent product from what I can see so far. The local bike shop they're most affordable ebike is $1,700 bucks. There's nothing that's 1700 ebike does that this $300 ebike does not. I'm warned that this battery will catch on fire or fail or other things will fail. I don't expect that to happen. They've done too much right to want to destroy their reputation. ... show more

Not a great purchase. Bike is not useable and they want me to pay to return it
Terrible instructions, bikes steering bearing not installed correctly and fell out. Can’t get customer service to send a diagram on how to install them correctly…

Will probably need upgrades
Good bones, but a lot of issues. Assembly was very difficult and the fitment is pretty cheap on some parts, the electronics are all fantastic, but the chain broke on mine at just under 10 miles of road distance total

Not good but not bad for price
Had to tighten up rack for battery no air in tires would have been better with air pump instead of cheap lock screw for handle was bent hard to screw down but it rode nice liked was better for me to pedal instead of just riding on just throttle for 300 not waste of money
