I had a corner in my room that was starting to collect a bunch of stuff and it started bothering me. When I spotted this shelf, I opened it and checked the dimensions. Out came the tape measure and I saw that it would fit perfectly in that spot and I ordered it immediately. Assembly was easy as can be. I did it alone seated on the edge of my bed. The instructions were the tiniest bit unclear in one spot, but I only had to quickly remove two bolts later in the process. No problem at all really. The finished product fit my needs perfectly. I’m not trying to store anything extremely heavy. It’s mostly Bluetooth speakers, headphones, and a couple boxes on the shelves. In the drawer I’ve stowed away my collection of new microfiber towels. Old ones just go in the closet. They included some straps and hardware to secure the shelf to a wall; a nice addition for homes with children or pets. The metal is on the thinner side, but fully-assembled, the whole thing felt sturdy. The included drawer might have been the tiniest bit misleading in the photos. The front of the drawer is not another wood panel, it’s printed on fabric, but it looks fine nonetheless. Overall I couldn’t be more pleased with this 5 shelf system. It cleaned up my corner nicely and gave me much more organized storage space with its verticality. I think the currently advertised price of $60 is on-par with I’d expect. If you catch it on a sale, jump on it. If not, I’d say it’s still a good purchase.

Assembly: Overall not bad, but a lot of pieces and delicate screwing required. Better if you have an extra set of hands when you get to the parts where youre trying to balance the sides to attach the panels. Materials: the wooden boards are nice, not sure if theyre like laminated particle board or what but they feel nice. The metal frame is cheap. The screws are quality. The drawer is a fabric drawer with a stiff cardboard bottlm. For the price, its fine. Once assembled I think this honestly looks pretty good. It has ample shelf room and a pull out drawer which is nice. My shelf was a little wobbly with the legs screwed in all the way but unscrewing one of the legs to adjust the balance worked fine. It fits well in a bathroom that can handle the dark colors and dark woodgrain. Or anywhere if you dont care about matching.

This was something we had to try, as our counter space is overrun, and we were needing some organization. Outside of the functional aspect of this shelf, I think it just looks really good. The black frame blends well with the wood shelves beautifully. The screws match the frame perfectly. The shelves are also nice and flush at the rear. And the built in drawer is just a nice touch to a great look. Assembly is straightforward, and the directions are clear. It won't take too long to put together, as long as you follow the assembly as directed. It does feel a little bit wobbly when you first put it together, but the more shelves you install, the more sturdy it becomes. I've been disappointed with some furniture that I've put together, but this has been a great surprise. Couldn't be more happy with it.

The stand holds a lot of stuff. The only thing that I am a bit concerned about is the fact that the drawer, although it looks like it is wood finish for the face plate it is not. In fact, it is a fabric bin, which is a little bumming, I think it would’ve been better if it was all solid wood, however, it’s still a cute stand. And it is narrow enough to not take up a lot of space. The last critique I have would be the fact that one leg is shorter than the rest so I do have to prop it up and put something under the leg, so that way the stand stays level. Otherwise, it was easier to assemble than it looked and is relatively sturdy.

Took about 20 minutes to assemble. The metal parts aren't terrible but they aren't remarkable either. It wobbles a bit by design so strap it to the wall. not a bad shelf but it's pretty small

The shelf did not come assembled, but all pieces were included and good instructions were provided. Each piece came in a numbered bag, which you match up with the assembly instructions. There were a number of screws to install, but assembly was easy and all tools needed are provided. I really don't have anything bad to say about the shelf. It is very compact, and easily fits into a corner or smaller space. Five tiers of shelves allow me to efficiently store my items, while looking good too. The black and dark wood tones add a touch of style to the room. While the drawer is fabric, the "wood print" on the drawer looks surprisingly good and matches well with the real wood shelves. This would make a great shelf for a dorm room or small apartment. Recommend!

This modern ladder style bookshelf has plenty of room to display books, photos, figurines or plants, but doesn’t overpower a smaller room. It has a sturdy black metal frame that supports the five waterproof rustic brown wooden shelves. This unit also has a 5” tall reinforced front fabric drawer for hiding away little things so they don't get lost. The shelves are 14” wide, and are varying depths due to the stepped ladder style. A metal cross brace at the back of the shelf makes it strong, and the adjustable feet keep it level on uneven floors so it is very stable. This is a very attractive and practical shelf unit.

This shelf is very beautiful and useful. I love the stain on the wood it's a beautiful dark brown. There is also a drawer, but I choose not to use it so that my big terrarium would fit on the shelf. It's a sturdy shelf and can hold a lot of your favorite things. Assembly was not difficult but took time.
