    • Keeps my phone handy on the trail
I run this on my mountain bike and it's turned into one of those accessories I don't think about anymore, which is the highest compliment I can give a bike bag. It works really nice and it's a great way to keep my phone right there on the top tube where I can see it. Installation was genuinely easy. It uses a three strap system that cinches down tool free, and once it's on it stays put. Even over rooty, bumpy stretches it doesn't shift or flop around, and it sits slim enough that my knees never catch it while I'm pedaling. The hard EVA shell holds its shape and shrugs off the odd knock, and the sealed zipper plus the bonus rain cover mean I don't panic when the weather turns on me mid ride. The touchscreen window works well for glancing at GPS or taking a call, though fair warning, fingerprint unlock won't work through the film, so plan on a passcode. There's a decent bit of room inside too, with dual pockets that swallow keys and a few tools without letting them rattle. For MTB, road, or an e bike, this is a solid, no fuss way to carry your phone and essentials up front. ... show more

    • Not good but not bad for price
Had to tighten up rack for battery no air in tires would have been better with air pump instead of cheap lock screw for handle was bent hard to screw down but it rode nice liked was better for me to pedal instead of just riding on just throttle for 300 not waste of money

    • A practical item, although flawed. This was not an ebike product page before!

Well, this is not what this product page was for when I ordered… Hmm… There was a bike frame bag for which I must leave a review. “ASKGO Bike Frame Bag, Hard Shell…” A great idea and practical solution when one needs to carry a few things while biking and this seems well constructed but does have, in my opinion, a few design flaws. So, this bag has velcro straps which is great for easy installation and removal but there is one that is super long that if strapping this on the front of the frame near handlebars and around the neck, this is the strap that should be shorter if you ask me. Also, location designated to hold a phone seems like it may only fit smaller phones. My galaxy plus phone would not fit. It is nice in that it also has a strap to secure the phone inside the window and it also has a visor/shade along the front edge, which could come in handy. I was not able to get my phone all the way in to see if I could control via touch through the window. Overall, a practical item at a fair price that I will use to carry things but unfortunately not able to take advantage of all functions. ... show more

    • Secure, Waterproof, and Handy on Every Bike Ride
This waterproof Bike Phone Front Frame Bag turned out to be one of those small bike accessories that makes riding easier. It fits perfectly on the top tube, stays stable even on rougher paths, and holds a phone under 7 inches without squeezing or distorting the screen. Build & Fit - The waterproof shell and sealed zipper actually work. I rode through light rain and everything inside stayed bone‑dry. - The touchscreen window is responsive enough to check maps or change music without stopping. - The Velcro straps are strong and don’t slide around, even on a thicker top tube. Storage & Usability - There’s enough room for a phone, keys, a small power bank, and a couple of snacks. - The shape keeps it from rubbing your knees, which is a common issue with cheaper bags. - The clear window keeps the phone visible without glare, and the interior padding keeps it from bouncing around. On‑Bike Performance I tested it on a mix of paved trails and neighborhood streets. The bag stayed put after retightening it, didn’t sway, and didn’t interfere with pedaling. The zipper is easy to open with one hand, and the whole thing feels more durable than the price suggests. Bottom Line A well‑designed, waterproof top‑tube bag that keeps your phone accessible and your essentials organized. Great for commuting, weekend rides, or anyone who wants navigation without mounting the phone directly to the handlebars ... show more

    • Not as advertised. Not 7 speed. It's single speed.

Not as advertised. Terrible quality tires and innertubes. Definitely not "puncture proof". Didn't know it was the wrong bike until it was completely unpacked and started to assemble. The says 7 speed all over it.. but not a gear in sight when it was received. It is a single speed bike only. This is a big deal because if you intend to use this bike without the electric pedal assist, going up hills is very difficult with single speed direct chain drive. Customer service has responded, but not resolving the issue after a week of getting the run-around. Return shipping costs more than the bikes! So once you buy them, you are stuck with them. ... show more

    • A must have for any regular rider of Ebike.
This bike phone mount is a practical accessory that does exactly what it's designed to do. Purchased for use on a Jansen e-bike, it mounted easily and attached securely, staying firmly in place throughout rides without shifting or feeling loose. The material feels durable and well made, providing good protection for a phone while riding. The attachment system is straightforward to install, and once secured, it inspires confidence that the phone will remain in place, even over bumps. One feature that stood out is the extra storage space at the bottom of the case. It's a convenient addition for carrying small essentials without needing another bag or pouch. The overall appearance is more functional than premium, but that's a reasonable tradeoff considering how well it performs. It comfortably fits a standard-sized smartphone, and during testing neither of our phones experienced overheating while enclosed in the case, even during normal rides. Overall, this is a solid, well-built phone mount that offers secure attachment, good protection, and a useful amount of extra storage. It may not have the most high-end look, but it performs its intended job reliably and represents a good value for everyday cycling and e-bike use. ... show more

Ordered this phone holder pouch for bike rides with my kids. I wanted it to hold my phone with easy access, but also hold other things like keys to our home, money, snacks, etc. This item did not disappoint! This thing allows for many different ways to strap it in depending on your handle bar set-up. Much to my surprise, it also fits a standard disposable water bottle! Its stylish without being super bulky. So happy with this pouch. I'd highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Not pleasant for me to ride
I’m still waiting on my refund for this item I was not pleased with it due to the information I had and actually mileage of the battery, no instructions came and the alignment of the front which was not straight when traveling also it was to light in weight and the ride is very hard when traveling more than 1 mile. Maybe larger wheels would take away some of the rough ride however the 14” did not work for me. ... show more
