Verdict: Recommended for people who want a stronger ten minute massage. I wanted to try it so bad, but sometimes electronics make me feel stupid, so I procrastinated. The bag reminds me of a bowling bowl bag for some reason. The massager is pretty heavy (I’ve never used an automatic neck massager before so you may take that with a grain of salt)! The instructions don’t tell me how to wear it/place it. I had to go back to the product page. Ho hum. It looks like something out of the Alien movie for some reason, but I’m trying it anyway. It was not hard to adjust. I’m 5’3” with a 28” waist and have ten more inches of leeway wrapping it behind my back and clicking it around my stomach. I did that and realized that I didn’t know exactly where the buttons I needed to push were (somewhere around my neck, but I didn’t remember the order), so I had to take it off. It was a little hard to push the belt clips in to take it off. I figured I could put it on after I turned it on to make things easier. >> Tip: Use it in “Hand Held” mode as shown in the product picture first. It kneaded me a bit harder than I expected and surprised me, but I had it in hand held mode so I could move it away immediately so it wasn’t as deep/strong a massage. I turned it on with a long push and the “on” light came on. It made a high pitched whistling/chittering type of grinding noise (kind of makes me think of Str*nger Things). It’s not loud though, but it’s definitely noticeable; not disturbing, though. I put it on my neck and it massaged me pretty hard so I pulled it away. Wow. It’s very strong. I didn’t notice it heating. The instructions say it’s supposed to be on high heat when it starts up (and the gentlest massage mode). It takes about two to three minutes to warm up (the flat part between the “legs” heats up). It doesn’t feel hot, just a bit warmer than body temperature. I don’t like how it doesn’t give you feedback when you push the buttons. The on light doesn’t blink or change colors, there’s no sound. There’s just no user feedback, which I think would be nice since it’s up by your neck and you can’t see it. It feels strange to have a robot massaging your neck, back and waist (since I had it in hand held mode, it was easy to change where it was massaging). I can see how it might feel good for some people. It was pleasant after a while (after I got used to the feeling of a mechanical something kneading me like bread dough!). I can also see how it might accidentally hurt you if you let it squish you too hard (I guess that explains the warnings in the manual). I do not like it snug against my neck. I think it’s a bit too rough with me then. P.S. It looks like some strange animal swimming on its back when I put it down and leave it there (to see if it really turns off after ten minutes). It does turn off after ten minutes! Neat :) The instruction book says you shouldn’t use it for more than ten minutes. P.P.S. It has no smell except for PU fabric smell. ... show more

Alignment is odd and does not really get constant pressure and push on all the right areas for me personally. Going to chose a less restrictive wand style or hammer style instead. This does not get in there strong enough or does not align correctly. It is well made and comfy - just not the right fit for me. ... show more

this massager is sooo amazing! it feels like a professional massage at home. the heat feature is super relaxing and helps with my sore muscles. i use it while watching netflix or studying for exams. the design is really nice and looks expensive. it's a great gift idea for your parents or friends. i wish i had bought it sooner! the only downside is that it's a bit bulky to travel with. overall, i highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a luxurious and effective way to relax and relieve tension. ... show more

The Asinhe Luxury Wearable Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat was a nice addition to our home. Was looking for something easy I could use for massaging my neck and back while relaxing around the house. This advertises as a wearable massager. After arrival I opened to find the massager in a nice carry bag. The massager has a power, mode, heat and speed buttons. After reading the instructions it also says this is a posture corrector which I was not looking for in a massager. The straps are just a buckle type woven strap meant to go under your armpits, cross in the back and wrap around your waist to buckle in the front. Almost impossible to put on yourself and even in the largest position barely clipped around me. This was far from comfortable. The massage functions are nice. I have found myself just putting the massager and pulling down on the straps to use. ... show more

    • Good If You Are A Small Frame Person
This is nice machine that works exactly as it says it does. My issue with it is it doesn't fit on my lower neck very well. I consider myself an average size male at 5'10", 190 lb and in decent shape. My wife enjoys it though. The battery last a long time. It's got at least 60 minutes of runtime on it so far and it's still on it's first charge. It runs for ten minutes and shuts off. You get two modes, two heat settings and two speeds. You can wear this somehow but I just held onto the straps. Pulling down on the straps will give you a more intense massage. I will say this massager is is pretty strong. If you put on any area where you got a little flab, it'll pinch and it hurts. I'm disappointed that it doesn't work very well for me but it is a nice massager and still would recommend it. ... show more

This thing feels like a dream at the end of the day! I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders, and don't like always asking hubby to knead out the knots. This device is super easy to use and feels amazing! It gives the nice, tight squeeze that I need to relieve shoulder tension, and also has heat to loosen up those tense muscles. You can adjust the level of squeeze by adjusting how tightly you hold the straps against your neck. Great for anyone who needs a good shoulder rub at the end of the day!! Love it!
