I have always spent upwards of $100 on one of the original ceramic straighteners and have always loved them. After using the Asani 360 every day for 2 months, THIS is now my new go to and I love the look it creates on my very straight, fine hair. Pros (straightener) - excellent quality for 1/2 the price, extremely smooth with zero pulling on my hair, strong, long lasting cord, light weight but heavy duty, very little chance at burning yourself, heats up super quick and has several levels of heat to accommodate multiple styles, an overall fantastic straightener! Pros (curler) - nothing has ever been able to curl my hair including the efforts of professional stylists. This wand has no secret powers to magically change my follicles ....however, it was amazing on both of my daughters' hair. They have thicker hair than I do and took on their dads curls. They had tons of fun using this dual want and had curls for two days after using it. The immediate cooling effect set their curls perfectly and worked as well if not better than anything else they have used. Cons - I truly have zero negative things to report after 2 months of use. Overall, this is my new tool that has made my morning routine a nice quick experience. I highly recommend for any hair type. And...I can't leave without mentioning my most favorite part... that would be the velcro strap that is attached for keeping the cord wrapped up nice and neat which also preserves the cords longevity! Much nicer than my usual rubber band!

The 2-in-1 design is legit—it works as both a curling wand and flat iron, and the built-in cooling fan is such a cool (literally) feature that helps lock in curls so they last all day. My hair is thick, so I wasn’t sure if it’d handle it, but it heated up super fast and glided through without snagging. Other reviews mentioned it being lightweight and easy to use, which I totally agree with—my arm didn’t feel like it was gonna fall off halfway through styling. Only downside? Do to hairloss I'm forced to wear toppers, I have syntetic and human hair. I did see in fb groups very good reviews for this straightener and haircurler so I gave it a shot. I just say Wow. The item comes in a nice box, seems very good build, looks nice but best is it works like a charm curling your heat friendly syntetic wigs. No more holding each curl in your hand until fiber cools down to set it. I tried it on Human hair with a higher heat setting and curls came out beautifull again . If I could I would give 10 out of 5 stars. Great product .

This is a wonderful toolI have a short bob and this product eliminates the need for a curling iron and flat iron. It is light and heats quickly. You don’t need a heat protectant glove as you can touch the end and it’s not hot. I haven’t tried the more expensive models and don’t really see the need to because this one is great.

UPDATE: I would definitely choose a standard hair curler or straightener over this. Hair continually gets stuck in the beginning of the barrel and pulls out. A regular curler or straightener holds curls better than this. This works better than hair straightening curls! It is the same concept as using a hair straightener except the curls are more bouncy like using a regular curling iron. I picked this because the idea of a 2 in 1 sounded nice- straight and curly hair. However I think there are better curling options out there that might be better at protecting the hair. Pros: - bouncy curls - longer lasting compared to wand - better than hair straightener for even curl - much quieter than a hair dryer - quickly heats - good temp control - minimal frizz as a straightener would help with Cons - short barrel not ideal for thick or longer hair - somewhat loud sound for air that passes through but no where near loud as a hair dryer. - hair strands can get stuck and pinch at the beginning of the barrel!!! - hair can pull at the end of the curl as taking out, must be cautious and skilled to release clamp before the ends are completely done. Same is kind of considered for a hair straightener.
