I purchased this alternator on August 20 and it stopped working in October. To verify the defect, I had O'Reilly's auto to check it to see if it was good. They checked it and informed me that it was bad. I have a note from O'Reilly's that proves that the alternator does not work. How do I return this defective alternator and how do I go about getting a refund for the alternator, shipping and installation? If you need the note or the store details, please advise. I don't need a replacement because I have purchased one and paid again to have it installed. ... show more
