Disappointing Product for the Price The bottle is very small for the price, and I found the scent to be overpowering. I have 4C hair that is graying around the edges. After applying it to my edges, I noticed a strong medicinal smell that lingered for several hours afterward. The hold was only moderate and didn't perform well enough to justify the cost, especially considering the small amount of product provided. Shipping was also slower than expected, as I received the product six days after placing my order. I'm glad this product has worked well for some people, but unfortunately it did not work for me and I would not purchase it again. ... show more

I am a coily, type 4b-4c and I’m not really a fan. It’s more greasy than hold, in my opinion and experience. Smells fine but I don’t enjoy the consistency. Maybe it’s better for your hair than regular gel for laying your edges?? But a little gel works better for me.

I really do like this little cube of rosemary gel. An I do mean a little cube, really tiny. Anyway, I do like using this due to the healthy properties this gel is made with, however the smell is really strong, and for the size of the bottle I really don't think $7 is wort it. However it is moisturizing and the hold is pretty good. I'll buy again because unfortunately the good hair products cost and it really is cheaper on this site. Overall if you can get over the price and your not sensitive to how strong and lingering of the rosemary I definitely would recommend it. ... show more
