Description

Why the diffuser works only for a short period around 30 minutes? Improper operation of add water or pour out water, which caused water go into the internal circuit board, triggering the machine to automatically shut down accidentally. Please keep adding water from the right direction. Why the timer doesn't work? Add too little water in the reservoir that not reaching the scheduled time and it automatically shut off when waterless. The diffuser has three buttons, if only press the "power" button, the timer mode won't turn on, need to set the "mist" button. Diffuser is much larger than in picture? What is the product size? The product size is 7.12 x 6.16 inch. We have updates the image of the product size with more details, helping customer to understand the product better before purchase. Why the diffuser worked only for a few minutes? The air outlet of the diffuser might be blocked. Please keep the diffuser on a level desktop and avoid placing it on any tabletop with blankets, otherwise, it may cause the air outlet to be blocked, the diffuser cannot operate normally. Why the diffuser has no mist come out? Add too much water that exceed the MAX line, please keep water under the MAX line and the mist will work properly. This is my problem: AFTER I got it, I looked up which essential oils are potentially toxic to pets. i have 11 Chihuahuas. My primary reason for purchasing this item was to repel mice. It DOES seem to repel them - however all of the scents that repel mice are also potentially harmful to dogs and cats!!!!! There are plenty of stories house pets dying from vaporized essential oils, which can damage lungs, liver, etc. So please do be careful and keep that in mind. As for this item itself, it is a real pleasure!!! Very well worth the price. There is a long list of beautiful essential oil scents which are NOT harmful to pets - lavender, for example. Beautiful diffuser with very easy instructions. There are 3 buttons for power, the light and the timer. It can run for up to 1/3/6 hours and will shut off automatically. I love how big it is. The outer lamp cover is very sturdy and made with a quality metal and the colours of the light are so vibrant. It isn’t noisy, just an occasional soft sound of trickling water. It does not come with any essential oils, so I chose orange and vanilla. It has only been on for a few minutes and I can already smell the scent in my very large living room. ... show more

It’s beautiful but very disappointed. I’ve had an older copper color one in my living room that has lasted me for years and still going strong. I decided to buy this one for my dining room and it started leaking within less than two months of sporadic use. I’m passed the window of return and the troubleshooting options don’t even provide a real solution unfortunately. I am new to the world of diffusers. I bought smaller ones for my sons' bedrooms. We used some of our favorite essential oils and I was amazed with how effective they were! I immediately knew I wanted a larger one for my living room/kitchen area. This diffuser arrived quickly, packaged well. It was incredibly simple to unbox and set up. It looks exactly as it advertised, the details are beautiful and on its own, without the lights, is interesting to look at. To use the diffuser, fill to the max line and add 15 (ish) drops of your favorite oil. The timer feature is great to 'set and forget' - with 2, 4, and 6 hour options. You can also adjust the lighting easily as well. I love turning it on at the end of my day and relaxing. I dim the lights in the living room and unwind with its gentle flow and my favorite scented oil. Filling it to the max line gives you about two six-hour sessions (which is perfect for me). I've been using it for a few weeks now with no issues. Definitely worth the price, but I will update on how it holds up in a few months! ... show more
