The concept is fine. But the pieces are so hard to apply and dont stick . Granddaughter wasnt having fun.. i really had high hopes maybe for older kids would be perfect tho.

    • Good kits, but the glue does not work.
This craft was a huge hit at my kids bday party, but glue sticks do not work for attaching the pieces to the cups. Luckily, I saw this in other customer reviews and decided to buy some glue dots as backup. I also brought a hot glue gun. We found glue dots to work great, even on the pipe cleaners and they were much easier than the glue stick or hot glue gun. We bought these for our baby shower and boy oh boy, they were a hit from kids of all age groups. We had kids ages 2-13 at the party and they all loved making these! So simple and easy to throw together last minute ❤️

The best part of this product is that it includes everything you need for the craft and the items are good quality. It is nicely organized by animal. Unfortunately, it is a project that absolutely requires adult help. Nothing sticks easily to the cups. Most of the appendages, especially feet, ears, and pipe cleaners need tape to hold them in place. Even after allowing for glue drying time, eyes and pompoms fell off. The finished product really could not be used for imaginary play or puppet shows because pieces came unglued. I did this project with a 4 and 7 year old and neither one could work on it independently. It was frustrating and difficult for them to complete. They did love the animal designs and the colors were great. ... show more
