These are fun to make and pretty......you can mix and match, but actually, there is an 'organizational building theme' for several and it is easy to figure out what goes with what after you lay it all out, (but a 6 year old needs a bit of guidance 'to see it')....it says 8 - 12, (wrists are also bigger by then), but the first grader did just fine with adult help...I used the needle nose to clamp the rings on quite a few of the charms to help them stay on longer...(we're not talking about fancy stuff from Tiffany, we are talking about a cute, fun, sparkly project for little girls)....we shall see how it goes. ... show more

This is a really cute project for the younger ones that are so over the plastic friendship braclet sets. I was very impressed with the quality. The charms were really cute and the beads themselves weren't a cheap plastic. There is a big assortment of the charms and beads as well. In the package there are 2 braclets that the end screws off so you can change your charm/beads as you wish. There are also 2 necklaces that my granddaughter decided to attach together so she didn't have to keep unclasping it, just slides over her head. She loves it and it definitely put a smile on my face.
