the size and feel is very comfortable, but it doesn’t maintain the temperature for long. It’s ineffective and retaining cold or warmth. The side that goes on your eyes must have extra layers to make sure your eyes don’t feel too hot or cold after freezing or microwaving the mask, which is a plus, but again the temperature goes to room temp fast.
