I recently purchased the Artman 2 pack Canon batteries and charger and couldn't be happier with my purchase. As a college student who takes many photos for school, it is very important that my camera is always charged and ready to go. My daily camera I use is a Canon Rebel T6i and quite frankly, the battery dies very quickly. I was initially going to purchase the same battery the camera came with and found it on Amazon for $59.95, which was actually a sale price and the original price was $75. Once again, as a full time college student and part time worker, I really do not have the funds to spend an extra $75 for an extra battery, so I seeked out some cheaper options. My search led me to the Artman battery charger that comes with two batteries for a much lower price $26.99. Not only is it a cheaper option, but the product comes with not only a charger but TWO batteries for my camera as well. I was a little hesitant about buying an off brand battery for my camera but to my surprise, the battery life lasts so much longer than the original battery that came with my camera. The battery charger has two slots to charge so you can charge both batteries at the same time. This makes it super convenient when I need to use my camera for long periods of time and can pack my multiple batteries to use after one dies.     • A Bang for it's Buck | Good Batteries
This product was definitely worth the purchase and works great with my Canon T6I. I was first hesitant to purchase an off-brand battery because of reviews such as batteries dying fast, they stop working after a few months of use, or my favorite they can blow up in the camera. S Just like many people and maybe you are looking to buy these batteries but are unsure. Well, I can confidently say that this has not been the case for me. I've had the batteries Since I purchased them in 2019 Nov.1st and it's currently 2021 Jan.1 and I'm still using these batteries today and I'm so amazed how long they've lasted with still no issues. They have no issues charging and still maintain a long period of battery life and I record mainly for my youtube channel and figured after long use they'd begin to lose a life, no red flags yet. CONS: Now if there were any Cons in comparison to the Canon authentic battery some would be that the build quality is 7/10 because unlike the hard casing around the authentic battery these seem to have a softer case. Meaning if you store these incorrectly you may possibly damage the battery. A reason I think many end up having issues you can abuse them like you could with the authentic. To wrap it up This product is very well put together and totally worth the price, so long as you take care of it it will perform great and last for months to years.     • A third of the price of the Canon battery
These are my go-to batteries for my Canon R8. The battery that came with the camera won't charge correctly, so I'm using the Artmans exclusively. The battery life isn't great (the R8 is a battery hog), but it's not radically less than the original camera battery. Two things to note: 1) These won't communicate with the camera in real-time (only the Canon battery does that), so you don't get a readout as they get weaker; they go from "full" to "dead." 2) Each of the third party (and the L17) seems to have a proprietary charger, so you can't charge the Artmans with the Canon charger, and vice versa. All of that said, for the price, there's no way I'm buying the Canon battery since the R8 chews through the batteries fast enough that I tend to keep between two and four of them with me whenever I'm shooting. At 60 bucks a piece, the Canon batteries are cost-prohibitive. I'll accept the shortcoming of these batteries and use them vs the Canon. ... show more

These batteries are a perfect replacement for the M6 Mark II so far. They go in and out of the battery compartment quite easily (just as original) and the dual charger is great. I saw a lot of posts about the battery not showing info on screen. I can only speak to the M6 Mark II and all battery info shows properly on screen and behaves just as the OEM battery does. I’ve had these batteries only for a short time so I can’t honestly speak to the longevity of the batteries or their lifespan. I will update when I have more time with them. For now they are a perfect fit. I will say, if youre in the fence you should always go with your gut. You’ve spent $1000-ish on this great camera. You are guaranteed a perfect experience if you go with a Canon battery, not to mention I’m sure there are warranty restrictions if you use an aftermarket battery...I don’t know. I haven’t read the fine print. But a Canon replacement battery is only $50-ish. I’m also ordering a Canon battery. But I will also continue to use these as backups. Anyway. I hope this helps. ***update** I’ve lived with these batteries now for about a month. I do like these batteries but I do want buyers to be aware that they DO NOT last as long as the original Canon battery. They are lasting me about 50-60% as long as the original canon. So it’s kind of like having one extra Canon battery. Also. The battery indicator DOES NOT WORK. It shows battery life, but it never changes. Always shows full and then suddenly it’s dead. I still like them and they get me out of a bind. But for full length battery and efficiency. Pay the extra $20ish dollars and get the real deal. I leave it 5 stars because it’s fine for the price and you get a double battery charger. ... show more
