I thoroughly read the reviews prior to purchase, so I expected a much flimsier product. This rug went in a carpeted room. I imagine if it were in an uncarpeted room, it might feel thinner. Perhaps a rug pad would be a good investment if you’re purchasing the rug for an uncarpeted room. I can’t speak to its slipperiness. The off-gassing smells were not a problem for me. I just put an air freshener in the room and made sure the door was open for a few days after putting the rug down. As one would expect, the edges did curl a bit when first rolled out. I just put a heavy vase on one offending corner overnight and saw no issues after that. The colors pictured are quite accurate, in my opinion. This is a calming abstract pattern. I joked with my spouse that it looks like something for a dentist’s waiting room, but it is just perfect for the space for which I needed it. I think I’ll enjoy this rug for many years. It’s not in a high-traffic area of my home, so I predict it will be around as long as I am. : ) ... show more

This is certainly not a luxury rug nor is it even a very high quality one. Granted, I didn’t pay for either. With that in mind, the rug looks nice, feels relatively soft, and is pretty stain resistant. The cons are that one corner was fraying by about day two. It is just my partner, our cat, and me, so this rug isn’t in a particularly heavily trafficked area. There was no way that I could find to contact customer service about this issue. I tried Amazon, the site page, and even their individual website. If this rug is well within your price range, fits your needs, and isn’t something you’re hoping to keep forever then, by all means, don’t hesitate to buy it! ... show more

I was shopping for a larger inexpensive area rug for my foyer and ordered several smaller runners to sample. This was the winner! It arrived fast and with very little curling or odor. It was the thickest, softest, and cheapest of the four I ordered. A decent pad would make it even plusher. The colors are neutral-not bluish or yellowish. I expect that the abstract pattern will hide some dirt and dog hair, and the texture will be easy to vacuum and clean. ... show more

I put it up starred at it for hours trying to like it. But I ended up deciding to return. The colors are very pretty. But, it’s super small. My round table is 4 ft. So I ordered the 5x3ft rug. It’s way smaller than the top of my 4 ft rug. It looks stupid to have such a small rug and large table top. Also the rug is extremely thin. I thought about getting the 7ft one, but I do not care for is thin it is. The price isn’t that bag, but I’ve gotten thicker better quality rugs from Amazon and have paid in the same range, so I’m am not too certain about this one. I went with it bc most reviews are good.
