The media could not be loaded. The chair looks beautiful and feels solid, and the hydraulic pump works well. We held a couple parties during the Thanksgiving weekend, and my families and friends enjoyed sitting on the chair to do some hair style, We definitely Had a lot of fun. My only small complaint is that the seat cushion is a bit firmer than I expected. Still, overall it performs great and I am happy with it.

Ordered this chair a month ago. Everything was put together correctly as followed on the instruction guide that came with the product. The screws have started coming apart at the top of the chair and parts at the bottom making it unstable and squeaky. This was a gradual problem and now it is too late for me to request a return/refund/replacement. Do not buy this product if your goal is longevity.
