  • Will this warp being plastic with the heat of the bed and hotend?
Got a sidewinder hotend assembly that I am trying to fit on a different printer that is being built. This will come in handy for this assembly since it is made fir it. Just the harness will have to alter. Wanted a different leveler that I can't mention however it would take more altering then just using this one. Funny it's made tiny compared to the rest. I don't see how to replace the plastic tip if it breaks and the other thing I worry about is from the heat of the bed and hotend. Will it warp the tip and read the bed inaccurately. It is made of plastic. 25 bucks makes this reasonable to try. What do you think about this? Have fun printing and Good Luck. ... show more

  • Cheaper ABL for artillery printers
I've used ABL on my CR-10 using a creality CR touch sensor in the past, so was familiar with the process before getting this - and luckily so! The BL touch being a more universal sensor will normally run you more, but this sensor is actually around the same price (or more!) on artillery's website as a BL touch would be; getting one through this listing will run you about half the price however, which is a great value for bed leveling. Actually installing, getting the firmware going, and calibrating are the trickiest part, and require a fair amount of technical knowledge or Google skills to complete successfully. Again, it's definitely worth it to keep from having to manually level before every print! ... show more

  • Works Great
This ABL Sensor is Specific to the Artillery family. You cannot get away with using this in place of other ABL sensors. Super easy to setup and install. Small and compact to fit on the already tight hotend of most Artillery Printers.

  • Exact Replacement Artillery ABL Automatic Leveling Sensor - Easy Swap - Works Great Again
This is an exact replacement for the original. I messed the original one up messing with the wiring connector. I broke one of the plug pins off. Replacement was my only way to fix it good enough to be reliable. All in all it is a good unit that works as a replacement. It doesn't come with much other than the sensor a the short cable. Well worth a full 5 stars. ... show more

  • The smallest bed leveling sensor I have ever seen
I have a 3D printer with 3ft long bed and it's my only machine which doesn't currently have auto bed leveling.... That's downright sad! One of my biggest restraints with incorporating a sensor originally was that I just didn't have the space. I needed every square inch of the massing bed and the sensor would add width to the head. I'm currently redesigning this printer four years later and thanks to this microscopic sensor, I can finally add leveling. I can't get over how small this is. I have two CR touch sensors, one BL touch and then one machine has sensorless Z homing. Sensorless Z was temping but it's truthfully slightly less accurate. This is such a great solution to my problem! ... show more

  • Exactly what the pictures show
It does exactly what it says it does. If you are a 3d printing hobbyist with an Artillery, this is a great buy.

  • Nice and simple
These are nice, light and simple sensor plugs right on to the hot end module. I definitely recommended them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Small Size, Lightweight, Good Quality
I don't know much about this particular sensor but it is small, lightweight and made with exceptional quality. It is made for very specific printers. I do not see much information available for it or for how to wire it into printers other than the Artillery line of printers.
