Like some of you, I had a devil of a time putting this chair together by myself. The Owner's Manual and putting the arms and back together just didn't make sense. I loved the chair (I have redone my home in pink/blush), and the chair was perfect, but sadly, I never could get the chair together properly (It collapsed with me in it, one time). I was prepared to send it back, then realized shipping would be outrageous. Indicated on Amazon I was returning. I would say, within an hour, I received a letter from the seller asking how they could help to make it right. I explained the problems I was having putting the chair together, and that others had similar experiences. He asked me to hang on, and almost immediately not only sent me instructions (in color!), BUT also the owner's manual. They are two different documents!! The instructions show exactly how to attach the arms to the back = ONE AT A TIME! I felt like an idiot after I realized this! Surely enough, the chair went together perfectly, with no further problems whatsoever. I wrote the seller and recommended he included those color instructions along with the Owner's Manual (which labels all of the parts), so people won't have the problems I did. He almost immediately emailed me back saying he would get in touch with his warehouse to instruct them to do the same. So refreshing to deal with a company who wants to make something right for you, instead of blowing you off, know you won't send a piece of furniture back, because the shipping cost would be prohibitive. I can't say enough good things about this company. And the chair? Yes, it may be a little stiff at first, and the lumbar pillow (or a substitute, if the color doesn't suit) is a must for those with back problems, but I have broken it in, and I live in it (even fall asleep in it many a night!! Perfect chair, perfect shade of blush, perfect customer service. What more can you ask for at such a price? I'd give it 10 stars, especially customer service, if I could!! Just remember, DO ONE ARM AT A TIME WHEN ATTACHING THE BACK!! That's the secret!! And don't hesitate to contact the company. They are willing to help in any way they can! s ... show more

I love this chair. It looks beautiful in the space. The color (yellow) was lighter than it appeared in the picture, but it turned out to be perfect! The assembly was not easy. This chair was a little tricky to assemble and one of the metal plates was bent slightly requiring a little work before we could slot the parts together. We bought this chair and ottoman for our travel trailer. We took out the dinette and benches and made a sitting area. It fits perfectly and looks wonderful. It was easy to assemble and the only thing I would warn about is that the ottoman is shipped separately, but they don't tell you that. I panicked when it didn't come with the chair and emailed the company. That's when I found out it would be shipped the next day. They should tell you this upfront. ... show more

Aesthetically, the chair is what I had hoped for. Nice color & will fit in perfectly with my office redesign. Unfortunately, the chair back is so stuff and uncomfortable that I don’t know that I want to sit in it for long periods. I believe in functional furniture that will allow me enjoy my space. Strongly considering foregoing cute for comfort. Fortunately, the ottoman came a week after assembling the chair so it’s still in the box. Sitting in it was like sitting on a wooden box. Very uncomfortable! Pink color was very nice and it looked nice if you didn’t intend to have anyone sit on it.
