This classy dress is for my son’s wedding. I am the mother of the groom and will be wearing this. I am 5’3.5, 170 pds and got 14petite. I have tried on so many dresses from size 18 to 14. I also tried this dress on in gray and black/white but loved the navy the best. Dress length is perfect but straps on top have to b3e shortened a little and I am going to have the side slit sewed up. The black dress in this has it’s side already sewed and I felt more comfortable

Very nice dress. I bought it as a step mother of the bride dress. I am 5’ 1/2”, 145 pounds. I got an 8 petite. I had the sleeves shortened about 2 inches and the bottom taken up an inch. The bust could have been a tad tighter but it fit well enough there that I didn’t feel that part needed to be altered. Bra size is 36D. This is very flattering and I received compliments all night long. It was very comfortable and breathable (sometimes polyester makes me hot and sweaty but this did not at all.). I did feel like I needed to wear a spanx like undergarment to smooth out imperfections in my hips and butt. The only downside is glitter was falling off.

This dress is absolutely not worth the price. Very overpriced for the kind of material used. The material feels like 100% polyester. Very light, almost see through, stretchy. This is a dress that had I seen it in a store, I wouldn't even have taken it off the rack. Disappointing but not surprising.

I fell in love with this dress at a high end department store. It was perfect, except for the color (black). I was thrilled to find the same dress here at this little boutique: Amazon. The color is a beautiful dusty “smoke”. The fabric feels luxurious, not thin. It has just the right amount of sparkle. And the bolero jacket is great for cooler temps, and not so young upper arms. I ordered petite and will be wearing a very low sandal; it will not need to be hemmed. It will be the perfect mother-of-the-groom dress!
