What can I say, it totally lives up to all the positive review hype. I was a bit hesitant to order a chair online without trying it out, but this really did exceed my expectations. It was extremely easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and it's super comfortable. I have a studio apartment and my tv/reading chair had broken and this ended up being the perfect replacement that doesn't overwhelm my space but actually functions as a nice accent. I particularly love that I can curl up in it if I want, though I will say it's most comfortable paired with a foot rest. After speaking with Amazon I got another email from company advising me to ignore “bill sender” on the return label…said label is pre paid. Glad my original review is correct for this company.…I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via Amazon. The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills.
