I'm so disappointed with this case. First of all, it's wonderful that they took past reviews to heart & updated the bottom corners with the extra protection patches, as per one reviewer who kindly shared pics. However, this material started "shedding" within the first few days. Also, there are hardly any handles to carry it, besides for the shoulder strap. This table is pretty heavy and hard to lift. The shoulder strap is only attached on one side, so it does NOT evenly distribute the weight and makes it very easy to injury oneself, as has happened to me more than once. This would work safely IF they had handles we could reach WHILE using the shoulder strap, but they don't. They have one little handle above the pocket, and mine just broke when I tried to use it in conjunction with trying to load the table onto my rolling cart, which I was forced to buy do to the inadequate case this came with. To the maker: please replace my case right away, since the strap just broke and the material is literally crumbling since the first week. Also, please improve this case, so that it has multiple handles that are reachable and secure and durable to hold WHILE using the shoulder strap. Please update the placement of the shoulder strap, too, so that it is attached more centered, thus allowing more even distribution of weight. As far as the instructions... They are unclear about how to adjust the headrest when attaching it. The headrest is not very stable and it's hard to tell how to correctly and safely assemble it each time. It's come loose while attaching it a few times and I'm concerned that it could happen again during a client session, or even worse: loose or collapse on a client. This is a safety issue. A link to a video demo would be helpful and appreciated. Please improve these directions with better pictures, of the headrest handle adjuster and add a video and video link to them. Also, please add an online directions link. The directions talk about collapsing a bar to close it, but do not show, or tell, which bar, or how, so I was nervous about how to close it, initially, for fear I'd do something wrong and break it. The directions for all of this need improved, especially re: the headrest and closing the table. The directions' pictures also do NOT match my model, especially regarding the placement of where to store the head pillow and parts underneath it, so that's another guessing game I have had to play. The face hole is incredibly UNcomfortable. I'm not sure what size/shape it should be, but it literally hurts my face when I lay on it. Because of this, and my safety concerns about the headrest, I'm now looking for some sort of face hole pillow but that will be an extra, unexpected & inconvenient expense for me. One person has told me the face cradle pad is too hard, so far. I hope that's a one-off, but as I start to use it more, I'll update based on client feedback. As far as the leg height adjustment... I like it and a massage therapist who used my table once, told me he's never had a table with height adjustment that was so easy in decades. I really love how it looks and I do desire to keep it and to love it. For this level of investment, I expected better, overall quality and am quite disappointed. Also disappointing? After waiting months to purchase it, where the price never budged, and there was never once a coupon, or discount, as soon as I bought it, they started offering a coupon. If the maker improves the case, the directions, the face cradle security and the face hole comfort, I'd love to buy another one, or two, of these tables in the future. I'd also love it if a version with a rolling case was offered, which is what I desired to begin with.

It's big and heavy, but it's very solid. I'll be using it for exercises at my home, so I won't be hauling it around. It's well made and stable. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable padding, nice & thick. The adjustable, lift-up end broke the first time a client leaned against it. Per usual. But that’s ok I didn’t need that part to function. I took the legs off of mine and put it in an electric base (for tattooing).

I love this table. It is affordable and easily fits in my storage area. It is light enough to carry, yet sturdy to use. It has a good thick bed, but I do add a memory foam mattress, a thick blanket and sheets to make it more comfortable as my clients are laying down for 3 hours or so. Never had complaints yet.

The table was ok except for the defect as seen in the photos. The tilt end of the table did not close properly. Even when latched both sides had large gaps where it should been closed. When the table was open the tilt end was difficult to maneuver and there seemed to be a structural problem. If not for that I would have kept the table. It arrived packed well and and when set up, except for the aforementioned problem, it seemed functional though smaller than the usual tables I work on. Good for at home use though.
