I've used this for a couple of gatherings this summer, and it's impressively sized. I also love how it collapses down for storage. While one person might be able to put this up, we found that we really needed at least two people to do it efficiently. That said, once it was up, we got lots of comments about how nice it looked and how much room it had underneath. There are a couple of things we didn't like: there are rivets (presumably to avoid having water pool on the roof) that allow water to drip along the edge. We didn't have rain on the days we used them, but if we did, folks sitting on the edge would have been dripped on. The wheeled case, while very nice for storage, has plastic stands and one of them snapped off, which makes it a lot less useful. It's not clear to me how I can repair it, but I'll need to figure out something longer-term. That said, the issues we had were minor and it's a really nice canopy.

This is amazing for events and has been working wonderfully for us for many months! It is sturdy and goes up flawlessly even for it's double size. So much better and so much sturdier than two tents. This draws the eye to your space and protects the fun or profit. We have used it for fundraisers and community events and also to protect us as vendors. It has come in handy tremendously and will be enjoyed for many years. We have done multiple events with this and it is still going strong, no stains, no tares, no issues, no problem. Easy up. Easy down.

I ordered this product based upon reviews that I now notice were all given for a promotion so I should have never trusted them to begin with. I received my canopy and one of the central lock mechanisms would not lock into place. It would click and then release immediately. I wanted a replacement as the delivery & support stated this product was eligible as I need this canopy for upcoming events. I got a response that there were none in stock for replacement and that they would offer me $50 for repair or I could return. I said not only do I have no clue where to start with repair.. but I don't think in todays climate $50 will get me anywhere. It was also worth mentioning at any point during this process I could see 6-8 in stock (and I had to reorder another one because I am in a time restraint and amazingly it shipped immediately). I went back and forth with customer service for almost two weeks. Explaining what happened.. explaining that there were many in stock throughout the duration of these conversations and that this product never offered a replacement option on the website. It automatically defaults to refund (it doesn't even offer to refund your amazon balance). I got no where. I tried to be as understanding as possible and offer to wait for a replacement or even return the one I received and buy one at the sale price that I was offered.. and they essentially said that they don't do that. I have never experienced a vendor that would not stand behind the product, not honor the delivery and support falsely offered. All of this isn't even accounting for the sheer neglect of the customer service reps. Each time you respond you get a new customer service rep and not not one of them seemed to take time to read the history. Twice during this process the product we were messaging to mysteriously switched to another product I bought a year ago and the customer service rep through that was what I was messaging for.. it made no sense. What is a shame is outside of the defective mechanism, the product seemed to be good quality and durable. It took around 3-4 people to set up though, it definitely is not a one man setup. The instructions only show how to setup a 10x10 not a 10x20 so you have to improvise but that was okay. So buyer beware, if you decide to take a chance and get this.. hopefully you get a good one because if not you will be on your own.

I definitely would not attempt to put this up alone; the entire unit is REALLY heavy and hard to move. It was tricky to open up. I see other people had issues with instructions, too. It’s perfect to shade from sun and rain for a yard sale. The posts/poles are pretty slim. If wind was expected, I’d have to look into a safe way to secure it.

So once set up finally, this is a pretty nice canopy even considering the legs were a little bit thinner than I'd hoped. Truly, however, those thinner legs are almost critical in being able to transport this easily alone. It was much taller packaged than I'd expected for whatever reason and rather heavy. At least it came with wheels to transport it. Once our of the bag, you'll immediately notice that the instructions are not right for this unit. This is for a more square init with one center post (same as in online instructions) and this made setup initially much more difficult. As if something this large isn't hard enough for one shorter person (I'm 5'6"). But it is similar in that it has 2 posts like the instruction at least but there's a center part that needs to be addressed before those and since it's not in the instructions it was very frustrating to discover on my own. Now, once I got this all figured out and got help to spread it out (get the canvas on before fully opening and definitely ready before raising) The canvas itself is a good quality but I do wish that the Velcro sections on the legs had a bit more ....teeth? (Grabbing and holding power as in more than just Velcro one side) Didn't have much wind when I used this and the stakes are pretty flimsy and would be useless I believe in any real wind gusts so I do recommend getting your own separate stakes with some more grabbing power. Maybe some screw in styles. Otherwise again once set up I love this canopy overall. Worked for our needs and I think it's going to become a nice inclusion in many events to come.
