The media could not be loaded. Although this was purchased on my birthday, I received it in late March. I've used it a few times and noticed recently that it would shut off after a few minutes. I always cared to empty it after each use and wipe it clean with a piece of paper towel so I didn't understand why it wasn't working longer. Anyway, I did a simple Google search and found the solution. It needs to be cleaned with white vinegar and water regularly to avoid oil buildup. I also noticed that many customers had the same issue. Here's a simple solution. How to Clean Remember to unplug your diffuser before cleaning. 1. Fill your diffuser about halfway with clean water. Make sure you stop well below the max line. 2. Add up to 10 drops of pure white vinegar. This will help in removing the oils that are stuck inside the diffuser and on the glass or plastic pieces. 3. Let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it. 4. Drain the diffuser completely. 5. Using a cotton swab dipped in vinegar, clean the tight spots and corners of the diffuser to make sure that no spots are left dirty. 6. Rinse with clean water. 7. Empty again and you’re good to go. 8. Use a dry cloth, or more cotton swabs or cotton balls to wipe the diffuser and dry it thoroughly. I am familiar with essential oils as I've been using them since 2018. I can confidently say that these are original essential oils as I have to dilute them with a carrier oil before I can use them on my skin. If not, they cause a burning sensation and irritate my skin. My only complaint is that Rose Oil isn't included in this set. September 30, 2021 Okay, a few days later and it has gone back to only working for about 20 minutes at a time then stops. I'm not looking to buying another brand as I refuse to invest in the same brand. I'll also be looking at changing the motor fan for this one and leaving it in my living room.

This is a really nice diffuser in a nice package. Note that the wood grain is plastic, not actually wood but it looks pretty real. The changing led color band is tasteful and attractive, not tacky. It really looks classy! It comes with a remote which is easy to use. The diffuser function works very well, as well as the timer. The oils are definitely in the budget category, but really you can't expect high quality oils for this price. Just ONE bottle of high quality oil is maybe an average of $10-15, so you are getting 20 oils for the price of just 2 if you figure the diffuser is worth $25-30 out of the bundle. The scents are nice, but if you are a professional these are not going to live up to your expectations. The scents also don't seem to linger in the air like high quality oils. But for the price, they smell great and this bundle makes a really nice gift.

This desktop humidifier works great. Love that you can set it to run for a certain number of hours so it doesn’t run dry. The color options are pretty cool too. The variety and amount of essential oils alone are worth the cost! The unit is all plastic but does have a nice wood look to it. Honestly is probably better that it isn’t real wood because it’ll stand up better to the humidity. Some have commented that water spurted out of it. I think that’s what happens if you overfill it. Just keep it below the max line and it will put out a nice mist that wont leave a mess on your furniture. Overfilling or tipping could also cause a leak since it connects on the side. Just common sense really. Overall I’m super happy with this purchase and am planning to buy another to give as a gift.

I LOVE this diffuser. I honestly expected it to be cheaply made since the price was so low, but it's holding up really well. It's made out of lightweight plastic, is VERY easy to clean (even when using oils like coffee or cocoa that are syrupy brown), and has no mechanical problems whatsoever even though we use it constantly. The ambient lighting is subtle and a mice touch; it doesn't distract from the rustic modern look of the device at all. It's amazing how a plastic machine can look so convincingly made of wood. I wouldn't want it to be wood, since it would warp instantly, but it certainly looks like it's made from a wood material. This got me so hooked on diffusing I've been accumulating a ton of different essential oils and making my own blends! I'm glad I got the option to include some of the more popular essential oils, but the lazy Susan underneath is a bit hard to turn and I didn't wind up keeping the oils I use often in it. It's a good spot for storage, but it's kind of hard to access the inside ring of oils. I ended up storing my oils in 2 clear plastic zip pencil cases I got at an office supply store. I love the height the storage podium gives the diffuser, though -- it keeps my dresser from getting damp. This is an amazing package, especially for the price -- it would also make a phenomenal gift.
