This seems like a a quality box and should work great if you have Dutch siding as is stated in the description and in the product pictures. Be warned, that the older reviews with pictures are of a different version that is designed for standard lap siding. If your siding looks like the ones in the review pictures, this will not work for you. I'm unable to find that version, even on Arlington's web site (there is another Amazon listing with one from another company that looks shady as it uses the review pictures from this listing as the product picture). ... show more

Not sure who came up with the idea of the metal ground clip on the top screw hole, but it prevents a waterproof from seating/sealing properly and doesnt really accomplish anything with it being...you know...plastic. Take them off right away and save the headaches. Not the best fit for GP double lap siding so make sure you caulk the heck out of it after its installed. ... show more

The easiest way to add an outlet in siding. Rather than cutting out your siding to install a box, this has the contour of my Dutch lap siding.
