It the perfect size for my 4 y/o. We switched from a Amazon fire tablet. I like the fire better so I’ll be repairing his old tablet. 1)This tablet has a slow reaction time (apps open 5-10 second after you select it). 2)Randomly freezes so we have to restart it often. 3)Apps magically disappear off the child’s side of the tablet. You’ll have to delete/redownload the app for it to be accessible on the kid side. 4)When trying to lock the tablet onto the kid side, you have to put the password in twice to get it to really lock. 5)There is no monthly membership to game. You can play their BASIC game for free, download games full of ads (not good for toddlers), or pay for each game separately! 1)But on the bright side, it allows the kids access to kids YouTube , which is all my kid cares about. The Amazon fire does not allow this. For this simple fact alone, my kid likes “New tabby” better!

This review is a long time past due/after this has been purchased and once replaced. I bought one. It broke rather quickly and was replaced by the warranty very quickly. The second one lasted months longer. It then developed areas where the touch screen does not work fully across it. I decided to not even bother contacting them, because this was the replacement one. The battery lasts quite a long time. When it was received, the software was old/past the point where any security updates get received. The case fits well. The large ring in the back works well to prop it up, be a handle, and it rotates. Downside to the ring on the back is its housing. It is a hard area on the back of the thin plastic body of the tablet and may be a breaking point. The speed of the tablet is very slow. Too slow. We stopped the kid software part of the tablet in favor to just use the You Tube kids app. When the screen started to malfunction, I looked for a different company to replace it.

For what I paid, I expected better. The connection to the internet was poor, slow upload speeds, consistent disconnects for no reason and sometimes it doesn't connect at all.

My 5 year old always asked my phone to watch kid video n take pictures, so i thought it about the time to buy a pad for her with bigger screen than phone. But i only let her watch video or play games about 20 mins a day or use it when we are out of home, so i didn’t want to spend 400 to buy an ipad, this little pad is reasonable price, good choice for a gift to a little one. She was excited when opened it. We played with it and see many functions. It was loaded with little videos and games that fits her age. We also downloaded our favorite apps and tried loaded her favorite movie to test n it played well. So far we are very satisfied with this pad. The battery lasts long n the case looks good quality. The parents control lock is a plus to monitor n control kid activity in the pad.

My kids and I are pretty frustrated with the touchscreen. Doesn’t work well. Everything else is ok. I would not buy it again nor recommend it though. For my other daughter I’m getting a renewed iPad.

it's just cute for the kids and you must be on wifi. No video offline. The videos that are already downloaded are very slow to open and not all are working. When we go out of the house, my daughter has to leave the tablet home because she can't watch her videos offline and it makes her sad 😥 😞. The battery life is 3 hours 😢 😔. The volume is very very low.

I was hesitant buying it because the price was so inexpensive, it was a great buy though! It’s absolutely worth the money. My almost 4 year old loves it. The only thing was after 2weeks maybe 3 it completely stopped charging. Nothing was physically damaged so I contacted the seller and they automatically sent a brand new one out for delivery. Very fast and easy exchange with no hassles. Overall this is a great tablet for your kiddos!
