My husband is on his feet 8-16 hours a day. He was always complaining about his feet hurting at the end of the day. That all stopped after I bought him these boots. He originally wanted these for the look/style. He’s had other Ariat boots in the past and always liked them. These boots were like no others. They have a thick memory insole. They are water proof to just above the ankle. The carbon toe is preferred to a steel toe. The rubber styled outer toe coverage makes them look nicer for longer, as that is the area that normally gets all tore up first. I don’t think my husband will ever want another work boot for work. He usually wears an 11 in work boots. Which is what I bought. He probably could have worn a 10.5 in this particular boot. Keep that in mind when purchasing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I run Fire Pumps doing test where you have to discharge 500-2000 Gallons per Minute of water out into open fields or parking lots wherever a Pump house may be located. They hold up really good. They’re comfortable. In terms of Value for money, price is a bit high but when you’re talking about boots it’s not all that high l, ariat is definitely an awesome brand and these are solid shoes. ... show more

I love the boots! Every review I read was true. I have plantar fasciitis (flat feet), and with these boots I'm able to stand and walk around all day with no pain or fatigue. My back doesn't even hurt like it does with other boots even with inserts. The only thing I will advise is to listen to others when they say these boots should be ordered a half size under what you would normally wear. I USUALLY wear a 11.5 EE. I should've ordered a size 11 EE. Other than that I'll most definitely be ordering these again once these need replaced. Highly recommend them. ... show more

Ariat is such a solid and reliable brand, and these boots are no exception. We used the “try before you buy” option, and my son absolutely LOVES them. The fit is perfect—true to size and super comfortable, even after wearing them all day. He works in construction, so the composite toe is an absolute must, and it provides the protection he needs without adding too much weight. The VentTEK technology keeps his feet cool and dry, even in hot weather, and the waterproofing works exactly as advertised. While they are on the expensive side, the quality is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. The bold design is a fun touch, and the craftsmanship is exceptional, as expected from Ariat. These boots are excellent I’ve had them for over 18 months, I work in different elements outside no sign of excessive wear. I would recommend to replace the foot cushion every 6 months, ariat has the best work boots currently in my opinion
