I bought this backpack for work. I needed a bag that held tools as well as a laptop. The construction is sturdy and well made. Fits a lot of tools! And a 15” laptop. After having the backpack for a couple weeks it lost two zipper pulls. I reached out to support and they sent me a new bag and the zipper pulls at no charge. That’s awesome service! I would recommend this backpack to everyone.

Update: seller reached out to be and offered to replace the bag, free of charge. They indicated there was a defect from their supplier. I did receive a “new and improved bag”. It does have some slight changes: no clip on the outside for a tape measure. But I do see improvements to the straps. Pretty satisfied they stood behind their product. We shall see if it holds up. I got a new job that required this kind of tool bag and it was perfect. Had all the pockets I needed and my work laptop fit perfectly. In it. But today I noticed a tear where the bottom of one of the straps connects to the bag (see pic) Pretty disappointed it only lasted just over 2 months because everything else was great about the bag. I can’t afford to continue using it if the strap gives way.

I'll start by saying I am a Journeyman Pipefitter and my tools and bags go through ALOT. So far after 1 month of use, this thing is still holding up. I will keep updating as time goes on and if anything goes wrong, but so far I like it. Also it stands up pretty well on its own with the bag open.

Bought this tool bag for my plumbing tools. I keep my power tools in bucket and got this tool backpack for my smaller tools and bits. Right out of the box I could tell the quality and durability wasn’t ideal for what I needed. The shoulder straps honestly felt as cheap as a $10 backpack. Wouldn’t trust them holding more than 30lbs for a sustained period. Rating it a 3 star because I’m sure it will do well for many others.

Quality is poor and the bag has started to rip. Lasted not even 2 months. Contacted them in regards to their lifetime warranty and have never heard back.
