This is a replacement of the exact, smaller jacket that my daughter outgrew. I bought her the first one a little big and it lasted two winters, which is great since kids seem to grow out of clothes and shoes too fast for my budget :). My kids also seem to wear things out a lot, but this jacket has held up very nicely and it still looks very new. My friend has a younger daughter to whom we're handing down and she's very excited to have it. It's warm enough, have never heard my daughter complain about being too cold when we're skiing. It's light enough to allow plenty of mobility. And it's water-resistant enough to keep her dry after a full day of skiing. And the price is great! ... show more

Our kiddo loves this coat. It has enough room to layer a hoodie underneath and still be able to move. Like others mentioned, the zipper pull came off about a month in. Not ideal, but we ordered some zipper pulls in purple which she likes much better and are easier on the fingers than traditional metal zipper pulls. We'll see how it continues through winter, but we're 2 1/2 months in and it's doing its job well. ... show more

The price and quality are wonderful. Fits my daughter well with some room to grow, keeps her warm and dry and has functional features. She is slender and wears a size 10/12. I purchased her normal size and this fit like a glove with some room to spare (and hopefully another season of use 🤞🏻). She wore a thermal turtleneck, snow bibs (also Artix brand) and this coat and she was warm and dry each day she played in the snow and went skiing in sub-freezing temperatures. The added features like adjustable cuffs, multiple pockets, and elastic hood were beneficial. My only critique is that the fabric that lines the inner part of the hood is NOT water resistant or waterproof in any way, so when she had the hood off while skiing and it snowing outside, her hood ended up sopping wet. We were able to amend this issue the following day by rolling and tucking the hood in behind her collar, but it would be nice if the manufacturer added the ability to zip the hood into the collar and/or detach it if needed. Also, if your child isn’t wearing snow bibs, this coat does not have a powder skirt… IYKYK 😅 ... show more

    • Worn, dirty, no tags, bad dirty odor!

I am so upset with this seller. After searching for hours to find just the right jacket for my daughter, reading reviews etc I had finally decided on this jacket. One of the main reasons that I did choose this jacket was the positive reviews. I can’t really comment on the other features because she will not have the chance to wear and enjoy it. Visually the color was just as expected, it seems thin to me so I would question the warmth. It does feel nice and well made. My complaint is that this jacket is not new, it did not have tags on it and it was VERY dirty! It also has a very strong, used dirty odor! The dirt spots are in the areas that you would normally see it after multiple times being worn. The dirt spots are on both sleeves where it Velcro’s around the wrists, along the neck area as well as several dots on the sleeves. The jacket was also all balled up and shoved in a bag that had multiple pieces of tape around it. As you can image I am very upset and disappointed with this seller. ... show more
