This has to be the worse a/c I've ever bought the a/c changes settings everytime it kicks off.The remote buttons don't work half the time you gotta keep pushing them if I hadn't cut the box up I'd hand delivered it just to make sure they get this thing back.

It s fairly quiet. Have onlyused ac so far Seems to keep temp well My concern is the damage and how that will effect it’s long term efficiency and lifespan I think should be compensated for this damaged product I received

Unit was purchased in April, installed in May. Unit starting acting up or not cooling in late July early August. Reached out to the manufacture "ArticWind" as warranty department requested. Went through all the proper channels for warranty. No responses for some time after following up, I was told to wait a day for response, only for me to follow up a week later. Was then told no unit available and all i can do is wait for a response. I expressed concern over the lackadaisical communication from ArticWind and was met with " sorry but that's all we can do for you at this time, you'll have to wait until our replacement department reaches out to you". So thankful Amazon was able to schedule a return and refund our purchase. Beware of Articwind... ... show more
