First of all the one was more like a cream color is flax is stretches it goes up and down like your knees and you’re jogging right to left , left to right. So the first one you see the little pimple bumps inside the neck area that’s the original one mistakenly a Walmart delivery came and I end up with that one for free thanks to Walmart they told me to keep the item because it was a wrong delivery 2021… I gave it to my daughter because she works where she goes up and down the hill to get to her job every day and it works Fabolous.. she FaceTime me today what is it July 16. 2023. And if Lexus up and down and it has the Has the white bumps inside the barrier of the neck… This one I decide to order one through Amazon this is pure white the color is different and I stretched it till almost broke because it doesn’t flex. end it doesn’t swivel and it doesn’t flex and it’s like hard plastic false advertisement I am so pissed I don’t have time for this as a care provider if you’re going to make a product make it the same is the other one come on people this one is not the same as the one from 2021 going right back to Amazon I’m sick of returns ... show more

Pros Unit stretches fully open for easy placement and removal to fit any size neck, head, etc. Can wear both directions for air to blow upwards or downwards Longer hair does not get pulled into airflow Airflow about a 7 out of 10 3 speed levels Easy access power button Air flow blows warm air If using in temperatures above 80 degrees Lightweight on neck and shoulder area Cons Takes hours to fully charge Charging cord only about 12 inches long Needs to be plugged into cell phone charge source, doesn't have it's own Only runs for about 2, 2and 1/2 hours on full charge Must charge fully between uses or only lasts about 45 minutes Quite loud when on full speed Cools well in temperatures below 75 degrees Quite loud when on full speed I've only used this unit about 5 times. It does not last more than 3 hours on a full charge. When I wore it outside versus in the house, the airflow turns to warm. When not in use, I recommend keeping it on the charger. Once removed from the charger, the run time decreases to about an hour....even if it was previously fully charged. I like how it stretches open, up and down for easy placement and is quite lightweight for ease of comfort. I have long hair and no issues with it tugging or pulling hair into airflow. It's a neat little gadget. However, don't expect it to cool you very much if you're using it outside in warm temps. ... show more

I need to keep cool, even though my grandchildren keep having picnics in hot parks on their birthday's. I was amazed at how much this helped. I only had time to charge it halfway, but it still worked for about two hours on low. "High" would have been too noisy anyway.

So I was definitely going to give this five stars, but after having it for a few months, definitely couldn’t give it five. This product started off really awesome. I was working as hospice case manager and going into some of these long-term care facilities I was sweating buckets. I wanted something that would cool me down, but not freeze my patients. It worked for about a month and then it stopped charging. When it stopped charging, it stopped turning on, and the only thing that cooled me down was the metal piece in the back of the contraption. Eventually I just tossed it because it was no longer working. It worked for a little bit and I’ll definitely give it a couple stars because it did work in the beginning, but really sad it stopped. ... show more
