I have high arches and need a lot of support for my feet, these worked well but i do not recommend wearing them for more than 8 hours consecutively. After a long time wearing them, i took them off and they left large indents in my feet and had slightly lowered my blood circulation. If you need support then these are great, but be aware of how long you are wearing them.

These little things brought instant comfort to my feet. I don't know about anyone else or any of the other reviews but I refuse to not wear them unless I'm wearing heels. (Not exactly pretty to look at) lol Only con is that I washed them once & the little bands inside broke *sad* So HAND WASHING them is a must.. :D
