For arch support these help a lot. Most of the time they stick in the shoe. If the shoe has a fabric inner sole these may not stick as well but the additional comfort makes the slight inconvenience worth it. Works great with flip flops!

they are comfortable not bad i feel such a difference when i use these!!! I have a high arch so it’s perfect for me! Nice and firm, stickiness is okay when i take my shoes they move a little bit but i just re adjust. Not bad. they fit good!

I have just attached these Arch Supports to my sandals, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I like that they're clear, sticky enough to stay in place, and for 8 pairs I think they're very reasonably priced! I will probably buy another pack soon.

I added these into a pair of low heels because I need the arch support. Well I cleaned the inside of the heels because they were dusty and I let them dry overnight because the material felt damp still. The next day I placed them on my heels and walked around to make sure they where were I needed. They seemed fine, so I put my heels in my suitcase to take my work trip. By the time I got there and went to put on my heels they were gone. I had to search around to find them stuck to clothes. They weren't sticky anymore so I had to do without. Disappointed they didn't stay stuck to my shoe. Would have been great add to my heels. Too bad I didn't take a 2nd pair on my trip to have a backup. I wasn't expecting that to happen.

These work well in my shoes but I can see how they might cause you more issues if they are not placed correctly. I found these easy to use and they worked really well in my flats that had zero support. They have stayed in place for over a month and seem to make a difference.
