I bought this for my wife as she’s always complaining of been cold. We live in the new York area, so we do see some cold and windy winters. The jacket itself looks great, very well put together. The heat function works brilliantly. My wife was over the moon about it. I also bought her a replacement battery just Incase it didn’t live up to the 9hrs run time. Been able to charge your phone from this jacket is also a life saver.

Love this coat! I've had a heated coat from a different brand but lost the heated liner that went with it. So I picked this one as it's one peice and much cuter than my old one and I am beyond happy! I love the inside sleeves with thumb holes. It's very warm even without the heat on. Definitely my new favorite coat!

I Absolutely love this coat. It does run larger than expected. I had to exchange it for a size down and that is still roomy but ok. The battery does not last 9 hours though. I will probably purchase another battery to swap out

The fit is true to size. The warmth is perfect. This is literally THE BEST gift I’ve ever received!!! I use it when watching my daughter’s football and soccer games. I’m ordering the heated pants next. My husband gave this as a birthday gift and I couldn’t love it more!!!!!

Bought for the wife, 5'7" and. 160lbs. Got the Large, fit perfectly. Very light, high quality construction. Heat is awesome. Buy it guys, she will love it. I got the burgundy, nice color

Only the upper back of the coat I got worked. After some emails with customer service, they said it sounds like a wiring problem and to send it back. I had to pay over $13 in shipping that was never reimbursed. Three weeks later I got a brand new coat. It still doesn't work! I went on a one hour walking tour and the fully charged battery was dead before the tour ended, and the coat never got beyond luke warm. I have charged it and worn it numerous times and every time I think, man this coat is a disappointment. The battery DOES NOT last more than a half hour, and even so the coat never gets beyond luke warm. Also, the hood is WAY too small. So are the pockets. And they are at such an angle that my phone constantly falls out. It also makes you look like a rectangle, which wouldn't bother me at all if it was warm. This is what I could call a fall jacket, not a Wisconsin winter coat. I hate pretty much everything about it and wish I never would have purchased it.

It does heat, bit it isn't at all like what I expected. Out in the wind and cold I really couldn't feel the heat, only when I was inside (like in a store). It just isnt as great as advertised. Also be warned, it says prime with free returns but there is a whole process from Gobi and I am discovering that I have to pay for returning. Amazon won't accept back and diverted through Gobi. Save some hassel and don't buy. Packing it up now...learned that Gobi can decide its not in good condition and deny return, and they will not send back. I'm inclined to think they will resale it and make double...that's my opinion. No one needs this kind of crap. So it's possible I can be out the money for the jacket, shipping, and still not have anything for it.
