Being a resin product, I was impressed with the weight of the bench. Not too heavy for a woman in her 70's to handle, but nice and solid with no fear of collapsing or blowing over. There was no way my husband nor I could lift or set up a concrete bench so this was a nice option. I was able to attach the legs with no problems before my husband came home and have the bench set up in our side garden. We both are very pleased with the beauty of this bench and will enjoy using it while we relax in our garden. Some consumers complained of missing bolts, but even though the bottom of the box was compromised, I was pleasantly surprised to find the bolts tucked inside. ... show more

We just redid our front garden, and this new bench is the centerpiece. Easy to assemble, surprisingly sturdy, and looks like concrete from the street. Because we live in southern Florida, we wanted something that we could pick up and move inside if a hurricane comes--this is light enough that my husband can move it by himself. We set it on a sand base, and because it was moveable, it was much easier to level than comparable concrete benches.
