Ordered pro scooter and it never shipped the first time around. A week later I reordered the same item and that was never shipped and the price went up 20 dollars. When I finally received the scooter it had scratch marks on the bottom of the scooter probably from being used all ready. Minus customer service and shipping issues and that the item I received was NOT brand new, the quality of this scooter is pretty amazing, if not the best we've ever owned. It rides incredibly smooth and it's easy to do tricks and stunts. The handles are comfortable and entire scooter is beautifully made. The neon chrome wheels are beautiful and it came with a scooter stand which I wasn't expecting. So over all the quality of this scooter is pretty top notch, but the company who sells and ships them is 2nd rate. I didn't not enjoy spending over 2 hours on the phone trying to fix the situation of the missing scooter never shipping or arriving in time for my sons birthday. I purchased this scooter for my nine-year-old son (who is on the short side for his age). It's not the cheapest scooter, but we wanted something that would last. The size is good for him and, most importantly, this scooter has taken some abuse! He takes it to the skateboard park, jumps on things, off of things, rides it for hours sometimes. I myself really enjoy a smooth fast ride on it down the driveway and back to get the mail. :D My son has used it so much over the past months that the wheels have gotten worn down and we need to replace them, but until that it had been a great, sturdy scooter. ... show more
