I know some of the new found “purist” have issues with this cabinet. I put together fairly easily in under 2 hours. Great gameplay, the flight controls are tight and the light up marquee is a nice touch. Highly recommend if you are a fan on the 80s SW games. Don’t sleep on this cabinet…. Very underrated.

Finished building and it doesn’t work. It stays on loading screen even if unplugged and turned off and on. Doesn’t matter if you wait 5 or 30 Minutes in between. I own 7 Arcade 1ups, 2 legends ultimate, and quality arcades. This is the only time I’ve ever had an issue. Considering you won’t get your full refund or a replacement—- Highly Recommended to AVOID.

The game arrived today. Everything about this is wonderful! Comes in a colorful box and wrapped well and protected. Easy to assemble and took about an hour to put together. It probably would have taken less time but I had a lot of helpers putting pieces together. The graphics are bright and the top marquee lights up which is a really cool touch! Took us back to the vintage Atari days. We have a couple arcade games and this is by far a favorite for kids and grown ups alike. Highly recommend this game for those who love Star Wars and arcade games in general. Looking forward to enjoying this for years to come.

This arcade is awesome!!!! Assembly was easy and instructions were easy to follow. I love old school games so this was perfect. It fits great with my collection in my game room. Definitely worth the cost. I love the light up marquee.

EDIT- I have changed my initial 1 star review to 4 stars, Customer service with 1up Arcade finally got back to me. After much back and forth, getting them to understand the issue, I had to ship the drive from the game to them, they re-flashed and updated it, then sent it back. The game is working as it should now. I'm not going to give 5 stars because of all the time taken and hassle involved, but they did at least finally resolve the problem, and the game is a fun re-issue of the original Atari arcade game. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Game looks good, assembly wasn't too terribly bad. I have a big problem with the classic Star Wars game though. After completing each level, you are supposed to get a bonus shield (or more depending on the options you choose in the menu). My game will not give the bonus shields, though I have tried multiple settings in different variations in the options menue. This makes playing the game very limited and frustrating, as there is no way to make it past 3 or 4 levels. It's some kind of software issue, and I've tried unplugging the game and switching the board on and off in the back. Nothing works. I was hoping to update the firmware, and visited the manufacturer's website, but the only way to update it is if you have a Windows PC, you cannnot use a Mac or Android device (which are what I have). I've submitted 2 trouble tickets on the Arcade Classics website, and received no response whatsoever. The entire reason I bought this game was for the classic Star Wars game, not the other two games (Empire and Jedi). Highly dissapointed.

Issue with screen/game. One of the plugs (for the marquee) is broken and fell into computer part of screen. Reached out to support and only automated response. So the most important component is poorly built. The joystick feels loose, but was playable otherwise. Cabinet went together fine, otherwise; but now I have to take it apart to return the product.
