The lamp is sturdy, love the ability to change the lighting feature to a bright well lit to a warm look, and a cool almost frosty look to a dim cozy look. I was expecting the shade to be a bit bigger but it fits perfectly in my space. The remote feature is great, because the floor button is behind a chair, in an awkward place. I needed 2 AAA batteries for my remote, was glad I had them on hand. I would buy again. I have a beachy grandma country cottage look as my decor; blues, greys, yellow and white with touches of taupe. This lamp shade is a little smaller than I expected. It’s a super cute lamp and fits where we wanted it to. The shade always sits a little sideways like it is shown in the picture. We cannot bend it straight. It’s a good little lamp for the price just a few quirks.

The quality of the components was good, but no matter how tight the pole was at the base, it still leaned forward. The pole did fit together seamlessly otherwise. The black finish was flawless.
