The headset fits well, is secure and comfortable. Plus, there are extra ear pads and microphone pads in the box. I was able to hear well, and callers were able to hear me well.     • Great Product with One Minor Comfort Issue
I bought this to replace a Panasonic I had owned for many years. This set is a great replacement, has a heavier cord and is made solidly, but it has one minor issue. It's so tight on my head that it actually start hurting after about 30 minutes of wear. I attempted to stretch out the metal band, but it just springs back into it's original shape. I don't want to stretch too far for fear it will break. The best solution I can find it to wear it over a hat so the hat band spreads out the pressure. The noise cancelling works fairly well unless it's wind or a fan that's blowing air across the microphone. I'd definitely buy this again . . . just wish it didn't fit so tightly on my head (which is a normal 7 1/8 hat size). ... show more

Had been using several variations of headsets and earbuds with mic combinations that all made the phone audio muffled or low. This headset is clear and excellent control of audio. Able to wear the headset for several hours straight while working at home. Simple to use, comfortable, great sound. Would definitely recommend. Yes you can probably by fancier and more bells and whistles type headsets. But this is functional and didn't cost a lot. Exactly what I was looking for. ... show more

The first list says it works with vtech. The second list does not list say vtech. That's helpful and accurate! 😤 Neither was Amazon able to find anything at all that would work with this headset!! 🤷♀️🤯😤

I run a small business and spend easily five hours per day on the phone. Between constantly ripping them off and putting them on dozens of times a day I go through headsets like some people go through Kleenex. This one feels more solidly made and has better audio quality than the slightly cheaper ones I typically get. Cheap generic garbage. Works well enough but sound quality is horrible, and there was no thought put into making this last. It's obviously for telemarketers or call centers. Cheap for buying in bulk. I'm looking at getting a different headset because this one is too flimsy and cheap.
