This is a nice filter. I got it to filter out the chlorine and floride in my water. It looks good and works well, I just didn't realize that you couldn't fill the top full while the bottom is full. The filter leaks out the the connecting middle when both top and bottom are full. I didn't see any warning of that in the brochure. Otherwise it's great. ... show more

I like the quality of the tank and hardware, but I have questions about the effectiveness of the filters. I bought this to replace a Berkey filter tank. These filters drain through so quickly I wonder if they are truly cleaning the water as thoroughly and the Berkey system it replaced.

I’m in an RV park with over chlorinated water, so Ive been spending $3 a day for a gallon of clean water. So, the math was simple for me. I was on track to spend the cost of this in 3 months. It doesn’t remove (TDS) particles however. I just don’t drink the last bit at the bottom.
