Functionally, it works well. The problem I am finding, however, is, it is way too long I have a 20 gallon tank. It doesn’t work, unless the pump part is fully submersed and with the length of this thing, trying to keep it fully submersed while moving it around inside the tank is rather difficult. you have to kind of hold it at an angle in order to get it around inside the tank, and the handle is so long that it really is kinda hard to do. I kind of wish there was a hose that connects between the pump and the gravel cleaning attachments so that way you can just submerse the pump into a bucket of water outside of the tank, and then all you would have to do is put the attachments with the hose into the tank and have a lot more flexibility inside the tank, trying to clean stuff. For instance, if I’m trying to clean stuff off of some of the decorations, I have to currently lift almost the entire thing out of the tank for the attachment to reach the top of the decorations at which point it doesn’t really work because the pump is not in the water. I guess I might try to design some kind of hose connection myself to try to do what I suggested, but then I’m not 100% sure the pump is strong enough for that but I’m going to try. Because, I do like it, it does seem to work well, oh, but one other thing, if you put the filters into the gravel cleaning attachment, every time you turn off the pump for something like you’re moving it around in the tank or you’re trying to lift it up out of the tank momentarily or something done the filters just fall out of the attachment into the water. They seem a little small for the attachment and there’s really nothing that holds them in there. ... show more

My dad wanted this for his aquarium, and he is very happy about the result 👏 It was easy to use, and doesn't make much noise. I wrote to their support, and I got a quick reply. We had sadly bought thr US version, but we managed to get a power converter to EU standard.

The item arrived late, so I was genuinely going to return it with the reviews that I read after I bought it. But I decided to try it instead, and I'm glad I did. It definitely does not function as advertised, it really does mostly stir up the debris from your gravel rather than actually suck it up. And it takes up water MUCH faster than the actual debris. But it does function well as a water vacuum for changes, and I have actually been able to use one or two of the heads for spot cleaning in my tank. Overall I'd give it like a 3.5/5. ... show more

This was a total waste of money! I wish I would have read more of the reviews prior to ordering. CONS: -The directions are a waste -It doesn't suck up anything (AT ALL) -The hose, for draining, is way to short for a tank that's on a stand. Plus it doesn't work. -Did I mention that it doesn't work? No suction at all. PROS: -Nothing!!! Save yourself a lot of aggravation, grief and money.....don't buy this!!!! It seems that most who have issues with this junk, chose not to ship back, including me. Not worth the hassle or any more of my time. Buyer beware!!!! ... show more
