This was an excellent purchase at just the right price point for a black tie wedding that we couldn’t spent a ton on new clothes for one day. The material held up well, was easy to alter (had to shorten the dress and needed to alter the length of the side slit and vneck to best fit body size and not risk over exposure). Overall it came out really well, the material was a good thickness, the cut was perfect, just a bit too long for someone who is 5’3” tall, even with 3.5” heels, the gown needed to be shortened so it wasn’t a trip hazard. First wash was good, haven’t washed since again yet as we just arrived home from wedding, but paired well with higher quality and more expensive accessories and no one guessed this gown was less than $150. Hoping the style will lend itself to an easy option for a charity gala or dressy holiday party in the future, so it’s not just a one wear piece. ... show more

The quality is great, nice thicker material but not hot (just covered well), very flattering on, it is a bit of a deep V neck and my bra was showing so I had to go without but there was enough fabric that nothing showed through (could have used some tape to help hold things in place better). Beautiful, elegant, nice weight dress. Perfect bridesmaid dress for my daughter. She is 6’1”. Size 8 was perfect according to their chart. We ordered 5 different dresses and this was the winner. FYI will never do that again but we were crunched for time. Almost every brand for this type of dress comes from the same place and although it says free returns, the process is a back and forth nightmare. Hoping I get any money back at all. ... show more

this dress was amazing! it was comfortable for all night. I WOULD SIZE DOWN 2 SIZES FOR A BETTER FIT. I usually wear a size 18 but i had to return it and get a size 14 for it to fit just right! i wore no bra, so if you have bigger girls like me no need to worry unless you want extra push up!
