I recently inherited a 20 gallon aquarium filled with 6 female bettas, 2 oto catfish, and a pleco. I refuse to do 2 water changes a week (previous owner did), and so I'm adding a few nitrate loving plants to keep the levels down. So, I got this plastic webbing to make cut outs to add plants. So far I've got a large, mature peace lily, 2 lucky bamboo, and 2 pothos cuttings. I have a monstera deliciosa, 2 waffle plants, 2 spider plants, and a syngonium vine transitioning to water that'll go in the top, too. Eventually, it'll look like a very cool jungle uptop and down below as I explore the various aquatic plants. The fish will thoroughly enjoy their more natural and ever changing environment. 😄🪴🐠 As a bonus, it'll keep the betta from jumping to their deaths. Win - win. ... show more

Good stuff, if your using an actual window frame kit, ignore all the comments about it having wrinkles you can't get rid off. It pulls it fairly tight when you put the spline in and my tops look like I have them ordered for my aquarium

Its just once it was on it looked kinda cheap, i took it off and went to Lowes and bought real window black screen and that looks so much better. But no digs on this company, it was my fault for thinking a clear whitish plastic mesh would look good. ... show more

Covers my 75 gallon with extra I was able to cut. Easily can cut a few pieces to add plants to the top too. It does come folded so I had to try and flatten it a bit but otherwise it’s perfect.

Like the title says I bought this trying to find something to keep tree frogs out the back of my air conditioner in the summer. They would climb in the back and cause so many issues with smells etc. This worked great the squares were perfect size to allow airflow and keep the little pests out. A good buy. All my tanks have diy netting like this because all fish can jump: Just pick up some screen frames kits from the hardware store (frames, corners, spline, a spline roller) and you are good to go. Doesn’t block much light and won’t require cleaning like a glass or acrylic top. Plus you get better gas exchange. ... show more
