Honestly, there were two dents in the back of this one but because it was most likely pre-owned before I got it so I'm going to assume it was that. I'm an Android user, so for other Android users, the apple pen is not supported with this model. I didn't know that because I'm not an Apple user. The ipad is fine otherwise. Works as it should. Came to be deader than roadkill but fine. Easy to sign in. Back ups in the 16.0 update(or whatever it is) isn't compatible with this version. I updated it when I turned it on so it's the 15.6 whatever update as of this post. Other than that, yeah, normal iPad and everything. Just can't use my pretty new pen and I can't get my back up because it's not compatible with the 16.0 update. ... show more

Waste of money. The battery dies within 15 min from 100% every time. I bought it for my kids to use and its been more trouble than help. Seller offered to replace after a month but we were moving at the time and i didnt want to deal with the return and change of address, etc. it has gotten progressively worse over the last few months.
