Got my replacement iPad 2 days earlier than expected. Good value for what I needed. Do notice the battery does drain down, even with it being plugged in, still getting everything set up, so hoping that will help the slow drain. Honestly, there were two dents in the back of this one but because it was most likely pre-owned before I got it so I'm going to assume it was that. I'm an Android user, so for other Android users, the apple pen is not supported with this model. I didn't know that because I'm not an Apple user. The ipad is fine otherwise. Works as it should. Came to be deader than roadkill but fine. Easy to sign in. Back ups in the 16.0 update(or whatever it is) isn't compatible with this version. I updated it when I turned it on so it's the 15.6 whatever update as of this post. Other than that, yeah, normal iPad and everything. Just can't use my pretty new pen and I can't get my back up because it's not compatible with the 16.0 update. ... show more

We purchased this iPad for our toddler. Since she is young and break things easily we didn’t want to buy a brand new one outright so we did our research and found this refurbished one. We were apprehensive after seeing mixed reviews but upon receiving it were extremely satisfied! It looked practically brand new, had great battery life, and a good amount of storage space!     • Issues: touch screen & speaker
The iPad arrived poorly packaged, but luckily wasn’t broken. The two main issues that I’ve so far encountered after having it for a couple of days now are the screen and a speaker. The screen doesn’t always respond to touch without multiple attempts. Possibly because the screen has been replaced by a third party (not Apple), but I can’t say for sure. It’s just something that often happens in that situation. Second is a speaker on the iPad isn’t working. It has two speakers, but only one functions. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again. I’m not sure if I should attempt to return it because I may end up in a worse situation, possibly empty handed or with a worse tablet. I wonder what other issues I’ll stumble upon if I just accept the problems and keep it. I’m not sure what I’m going to do, but beware, other buyers. It’s probably a roll of the dice with this seller. Edit: I found a third problem minutes after writing this review. The screen pixels lighten and darken repeatedly. I’m not talking about the brightness that can be adjusted in the settings. I’m talking about a malfunctioning in the screen’s ability to light the pixels. ... show more

My first Apple ! Arrived in great condition 70% battery charge, and it had been factory reset. Worked like a charm and allowed software update. Came with generic charger and lightning cable but they work OK. The battery life is a concern. Discharges faster than my wife's IPAD 2017. Was shipped in a box in a bubble wrap envelope via FEDEX.
