I’m going to get a new one, miss leading info in about product. They had no problem taking the laptop back being I requested refund before item arrived. I did turn it on to see if I would like it but computer kept restarting I don’t know how many profiles I ended up making before it stopped. I just put it back in box and set it back. I looked up what could be wrong with it. Google said something about conflicting software was installed or something idk I didn’t install anything on it. ... show more

My wife wanted an extra MacBook for work and being able to travel without the fear of it being dropped or stole. Rather than spend the money on a new one, refurbished was the risk with taking.
